                                                              We went to braza to celebrated my husbands 50th birthday. Our wait staff were lovely. A very attentive waitress making sure we had everything we needed and then came to see if we wanted more food. The food itself was Devine. Especially the prawns and the nice mix of sides. Will definitely be back.

                                                              Our server is great. But I am surprised Cheese Bread was charged separately when before it was part of the side dish. Food is great but it seems the meat choices are lesser than before.

                                                              We are a huge fan of Brazza usually and have been visiting reguarly for the last four years, however we had a pretty horrible experience when we last visisted. We were made to wait in a line with 70 people who had no booking, when we had booked a table a whole week prior which caused a delay to our sitting. Once we were finally seated around 30 minutes after arriving we then were not served until a whole hour after sitting down at the table. It was horrible service the entire time we were there, we got ignored numerous times by staff and the waiters. The staff were notifiied of it being a special occasion and did absolutely nothing for us unlike all of the other places we visited over the weekend and to top it all of my partner was hit in the head with the metal meat holders by one of the staff members due to the space being so crammed. You can barely hear yourself speak at all and would definetly not recommend. One of the worst experiences i have ever had at a restaurant and some of the worst service i have seen.

                                                              Wow! Again what a meal. Phenomenal service. Absolutely top notch! Would recommend to all. Kids ate so well and also were enjoying trying new things too.

                                                              We've been to Braza many times. The service is always exceptional. Within 10 minutes you're sitting on the table, you're already eating. The meats, this time, tough, felt different. Some pieces were overcooked, such as the ribs and the sirloin. The other meats (rump) were cooked to perfection. However, for the extravagant price we pay, everything should be spot on. The service was exceptional, Giovanna is a great waitress, and very efficient.

                                                              Food is excellent, service is excellent, i normally don't tip but this time I did, she did a very good job at keeping her tables satisfied and clean as drink glasses became empty etc.
