   We had the High Tea in the Glasshouse at the Grounds of Alexandria. It was absolutely lovely, the setting beautiful, the menu tastefully presented, made fresh, especially the scones that had just come out of the oven, and delicious. Our hostess, Megan, was very attentive and provided the best service. 5+ stars to her.

   Although we had a reservation, we had to wait for more than 15 mins. Also, we had to remind them to bring our coffee and cakes. We were required to show a recipe of purchase to enter the path but no one told us when we paid. They even asked if we needed one. I believe Most people go there for the lovely path. They should have told us we needed to keep the receipt for the path. I understand they are super busy but the customer service can be improved.

   We were lucky to find a parking spot. It is close to DFO so their customers occupy the parking spot. The coffee is really very good and not expensive. There is not enough waiters or waitress. Everyone is so busy. We have to wait for service, food ordered or pay the bill. Remember to ask for the receipt so you can go in the special theme area. Booking in advance to secure a table.

   What a Wonderful magical time at the Grounds 💚 Treating my sister & her partner from the country. It blew their minds. We all totally LOVED IT! Staff so professional & accommodating. Exceptional food with so many amazing choices. Just walking around the different areas is such a treat. Thankyou 🙏

   incredibly noisy environment tables are far too close together the music is blaring and the building is old we asked the wait staff to turn the music display but ahe did not hear us 😂 food was pretty good

   Ayer tuvimos la reservación a las 3 la comida fue buena, pero el servicio fue muy malo, nos nos avisaron que iban a cerrar pronto y solo nos dejaron la cuenta en la mesa, sin decir nada. Nosotro pensábamos en comer un postre y más bebidas.
