   チーズ嫌いなので予約時コメントを残していたら、チーズ抜きメニューを用意していただいていました。赤ちゃん、ベビーカー連れの方も多くいました。ハープで誕生日ソングのサプライズもありました。

   Afternoon tea at the Biltmore is simply magnificent. The waiter was superb. The nice lady playing the harp was amazing. The food was spectacular. And the mango tea was the star of the show. I will be doing this more often. I’m in love.

   Nestor was fantastic! He really made the experience even better with his impeccable service! I upgraded to the champagne and foie gras and it was excellent! Very nice afternoon!

   What an exquisite afternoon tea experience! Nestor our waiter was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and he really made the experience extra lovely. Food was very fresh, flavorful, and the finger sandwiches, scones, desserts were delicious! The tea was divine! An incredible harp playing in the background of the beautiful and unique views of the Biltmore hotel. Overall an absolute pleasure!

   Everything was perfect but unfortunately there was a conference in the ballroom and they left the doors open so all the noise spilled out and we could hardly hear the lady playing the harp.

    Mixed bag of feelings. Value being the main issue. And Nestor being the top value. Location is great. Nestor service was top notch served with some a cappella great both Italian and French songs, it made our afternoon really special. Now back to the menu…. meh and pricey so not a good thing. Totally room for improvement on the menu in order to charge $72 pp plus plus. Again it is never about the price is all about the value.
