    Enjoyed an evening at Alligator Soul. Food full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our waiter Samuel took great care of us and the restaurant has numerous staff looking after you. Will definitely return and look forward to trying new items on the menu. Oysters a La soul and the gumbo so full of flavor and could have eaten a dz frog legs that came with the gumbo. Who would a thought!

    Little slow getting waiter to our table, but after that drinks and food was exceptional as always. One of my favorite spots in Savannah.

    Creative cocktails and there were adequate menu choices. We opted out of the daily catch because it was a fish unknown to us. Though we arrived 45 minutes into dinner, the chef had not yet prepared a salad special which was presented as an option to the party seated next to us, after we had received a different choice. Specials should be available to ALL diners at the time of opening (maybe someone dropped the ball on prep timing). I chose the roasted oysters and elk rib special. Delicious oyster though the topping included too coarsely chopped ingredients and the crumb binder was soggy and underwhelming; wild game elk rib special was perfectly prepared and delicious. The peanut butter pie provided an excellent finish. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.

    We have been to this restaurant before and had an amazing time but this visit was a bad experience. The restaurant wasn’t very helpful about modifying entrees for dietary restrictions and the waitress acted annoyed when we sought options we could actually eat and enjoy. It was expensive and we left still hungry.

    Outstanding food and overall dining experience. Hannah, our server, was fantastic - absolute artist with her dish descriptions.
