Apulia で南イタリアの味と雰囲気をご堪能ください！ゲストが料理を味わう際に、プッリャ各地を旅するような忘れられない感覚を提供することを目指しています。もし思い出せなくなったら、このレストランを通じて旅に出かけましょう。長年のにわたり素晴らしい料理を生み出してきたバーリの本店にも、ぜひお出かけください。ここで培った経験が現在、ロンドンで生かされています。料理を作る際に用いる最も重要な食材は、プッリャ地方の生産者と農家から直輸入しています。自家製パンとピザの生地にはイーストをほとんど使用せず、最短でも72時間かけてふくらませています。サッサ家の子孫は、祖母のレシピを少しも変えずに用いて、イタリアンスタイルの料理を提供していきます。

他社との懇親会に利用。料理は素晴らしく、ワインも美味しい。普段食べれないパスタも豊富。イタリアの方も多く見えてたので地元の人からも愛されているのだと思う。サービスはもう少し丁寧だとなお良い

Crazy busy popular spot for a wholesome lunch. Good value set menu, fast service, tasty food. GF options a bit less than we’d like it would be good to have GF pasta options. Friendly efficient waiting team Could not believe it was full in moments of opening do book! Even on a wintry Monday.

We arrived 10 minutes before opening, but were allowed to sit inside and read the menu, which was nice of them on a cold evening. Menu is not very long, but had some interesting dishes on it which were nicely cooked and presented. Service was swift and efficient, but also friendly. We had a good evening.

It’s a cosy little restaurant with a cute atmosphere. The ambience could be better, but the food and service were good. A great spot for a quick dinner before the theatre, just a 10-minute walk from Barbican.
