The staff rushes around and hustles the customers through their meals. Everyone is very nice, but the food is soso. Definitely a cut (or two) below the NYC model.

The service was just really poor, so Sites were rushed, impersonally and had to ask 2/3 time for different things Shame because previously we had always had a great experience

Seems to have gone downhill food wise. Soggy croque monsieur with minimal ham. Little gem salad with minimal little gem. Great staff and service though.

We often come to this restaurant before going to the theater or the opera, and it’s always a reliable option. The location is very convenient, the service is fast (which is essential when you’re on a schedule), the prices are reasonable, and the food is very good. It’s usually quite busy, so the attention to customers could be improved a little, but it’s understandable given the high volume of guests. That being said, it remains one of those go-to places with a solid quality-price ratio. Definitely recommended!

We had the fixed price menu which had a good selection and was great value for money. It was very busy but the staff were great and attentive. Food was lovely and venue is in a great location too, particularly as we were going to the theatre afterwards .

Make sure you get offered the glass of wine with the set price menu. If you have to ask for it check the reaction if the waiting staff. Ours looked totally put out!
