創業108年を迎えるBarbettaは、ニューヨークで創業した一族が今もなお所有する最古のレストランです。Barbettaは、ニューヨークの最も古いイタリアンレストラン、シアター地区の最も古いレストランでもあります。この3つの特徴で、Locali Storici d'Italiaによりは歴史的建造物として認定されています。Barbettaは18世紀のイタリアのアンティークを取り入れたきらびやかな空間で、イタリア最北の地方のピエモンテ州の料理を提供しています。夏は樹齢100年の木がある庭園で、あふれるばかりの緑と、フジ、キョウチクトウ、ジャスミン、クチナシが咲かせる花と香りに包まれて、最高の屋外での食事を楽しめます。

格式の高そうなお店です。ホールの方々には厳格な位が有るようで、黒服が来るまで注文も相談も出来ません。そして、黒服の態度は宜しく有りません。質問するとイライラ、此方で相談するとペンでトントン。お料理とワインは美味しく頂きましたが、居心地の悪いお店でした。

outstanding staff. from greeter, to bar tender to waitstaff. Eat up and don't safe room for dessert.

Barbetta is an elegant restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful. It’s old NY charm. The food was fabulous and the service is too. We’ve been there a few times always a pleasure

The food & service were wonderful. Our only tiny complaint was waiting 20 min at the end for our check.

I tis an outstanding restaurant. I have been here several times before a show. No rushing each dish served perfectly. service is excellently. priced slightly high but it is NYC. Highly recommend.

Upon entering we were greeted in a lovely way and the receptionist accommodated our coats. The waiters were very prompt and professional, especially Eduardo. The food was delicious and attractively presented. Beautifully decorated. Overall wonderful!

My wife and I had a rare, memorable, "old NY" experience in the middle of the theater district. Barbetta has the old NY atmosphere that has been gentrified out of most of Manhattan...including a staff of lovable, knowledgeable characters. We were there for Valentines' Day so there was live music and dancing but that was the least of it. There was a wide variety to the menu and each of our dishes were fresh and quite tasty. The wine list is extensive and extremely well priced. We can't believe no one ever told us of this place before but we are spreading the word now and will return every time we come to NY.

Had a wonderful experience at Barbetta celebrating my sisters birthday. The staff was attentive the service was quick but not rushed and the food and drinks were top notch! Will definitely be back.

The food is soooo bad. The service very bad as well and they dared to ask for 18% gratuity.
