   First time visit to this Toronto Landmark. The atmosphere was casual and not all stuffy or pretentious. Attentive Service by Chris. Steak which is why you go there was delicious and cooked to perfection. Peppercorn sauce worth the $6. Fries were a little disappointing. I am having trouble describing other than heavy and chewy???? Stick with baked potato. French onion soup delicious. Garlic cheese bread a perfect starter. Extensive wine list. Service was so fast my steak came out before my friend and I had finished our appetizers. Would have preferred better timing. Maybe we were talking too much. lol Great location if going to a game at Scotiabank Arena like we were. Only a 10 Minute walk. Either outside down York St or underground using PATH. Recommend reservations so not disappointed. Green P parking lot entrance beside their front door off York St. $25 event parking cost.

   This is my favourite “Toronto steakhouse “. The steaks are well prepared and presented. The sides are a lesson for anyone who likes to cook and the wine list is well thought out. Bardi’s never disappoints.

   Bardi's used to be a very good steakhouse. The waiter did not know what Rare Plus or what Chicago Rare was and said the chef wouldn't do it. I asked to see the Chef and he said unlikely he would bother. Another Waiter heard this and said, the Chef knows, not to worry. The first waiter grunted and farted and walked away. During dinner twice we heard staff swearing at each other and my guest s wife asked that they refrain from doing this in front of customers, Food quality had changed from very good on my many prior experiences, to just average at best. I don't plan to go back

   Great ambiance of a classic steak house. Attentive and timely service by experienced waiters. Very good food and a nice Cabernet by the glass to accompany the meal. Always first-class, friendly service in my experience. Alex runs a great steakhouse.
