素晴らしいダイニングを体験できるBenihanaへようこそ。当店では、相席のテーブルで、専属のシェフが伝統的な鉄板焼きの技術を披露しています。目の前でスライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりする様子を眺めながら、美味しいステーキや、柔らかい鶏肉、ジューシーなシーフードを目と舌で楽しめます。優れた寿司職人による寿司や、特製カクテルも提供しています。Benihana Chandlerは、環状101号線（プライス・ フリーウェイ）そばのチャンドラー大通り沿いにあるショッピングのメッカ、チャンドラー・ファッションセンターの周辺店舗内に位置し、チャンドラー芸術センターや、アリゾナ鉄道博物館まですぐそばです。月曜〜木曜の17:00〜19:00と、金曜の16:00〜19:00はハッピーアワーを提供しています。

    HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!!! If you have 3 hrs and several hundred dollars to waste, this dirty restaurant is for you! The whole place needs a cleaning and repair job. Waited 30 min past reservation time to be seated. Then took FOREVER to get drinks and order. Finally got a cook after 1.5 hrs. Portion sizes are way smaller than they used to be. You will not have left overs. Don't get suckered on the extra $7 ea for chicken fried rice. Drinks were ALL ice. Never again!!!!

    This place is a fun experience to bring family and we have been here many times. However, the service has become awful and intolerable, and it is way overpriced and thus we will no longer be returning. Although the staff were very friendly and the chefs are entertaining, they are way understaffed. We waited over 1 hour after being seated for the chef to arrive and thus lunch took over 2 hrs. Unfortunately this had been my experience the past 2 or 3 times there and therefore will not return. For basically $50 per entree, you would be much better served at many other nice restaurants.

    Reservation for 8. Sat down 10 min which was great. Didn’t get a chef for an hour after people who sat next to us 15 min after we sat down got chef first. Wife’s bday and was disappointed with the service. Server barely came by in the hour we were eating to ask if we needed anything just said he was sorry for the wait. Manager approved us an appetizer to be comped but never even came to our table to ask us how things were. Walked right by me and asked the tables next to us how dinner was. BS. He approved a comp for bad service but couldn’t even come to our table.

    I tried ordering my food, but the server told me that he didn't see two things that I ordered. He said they were something that got discontinued. However, after I spoke to the manager, he made sure my order was correct.

    Food overall was good, but I would say a bit better quality and not soo much would have been better... First we had to wait and then we were rushed...

    Didn’t get seated until 45 minutes after reservation and an hour and 45 minutes after reservations before they started to cook the food.

    Our reservation for two was at 5, we didn’t leave u til after 9pm. We were sat immediately. Our complications were unimaginable, our food was over seasoned and not served as ordered.
