素晴らしいダイニングを体験できるBenihanaへようこそ。当店では、相席のテーブルで、専属のシェフが伝統的な鉄板焼きの技術を披露しています。目の前でスライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりする様子を眺めながら、美味しいステーキや、柔らかい鶏肉、ジューシーなシーフードを目と舌で楽しめます。優れた寿司職人による寿司や、特製カクテルも提供しています。Benihana Chandlerは、環状101号線（プライス・ フリーウェイ）そばのチャンドラー大通り沿いにあるショッピングのメッカ、チャンドラー・ファッションセンターの周辺店舗内に位置し、チャンドラー芸術センターや、アリゾナ鉄道博物館まですぐそばです。月曜〜木曜の17:00〜19:00と、金曜の16:00〜19:00はハッピーアワーを提供しています。

    There was an inordinate wait, both to be seated and once we were seated. There was only one other party at a hibachi table, so we couldn't understand the reason for the wait. Our waiter was back and forward between our table and the other party, so even drinks were delayed. The wait for a cook was even longer. You can do better!

    large pretty restaurant however way overpriced for low food quality and quantity. Chicken was do dry. Everything was overall too much pepper - hard to eat. Food taste was bland except pepper. No yum yum sauce but instead yellow mustard sauce which wasn't good. overall for the high prices and low food quality amount recast won't be back.

    Our server, Dior, was fantastic! Our hibachi chef was awful. The poor server kept on making excuses as to what was taking him so long (mind you, it was 3:30pm). She even bought us appetizers because of the timing. When he finally came out, he was not friendly. He was very dirty, dirty under his nails, throwing everything on the floor that he did not clean up, gross towel he kept on wiping his knife on, etc…the worst part, there was no show. No fire, no onion train, nothing. For a $54 entree, it should have not been burnt. And extremely over salted. We will not be back.

    Reservation was at 1:30 we arrived at 1:25 The hostess cero politely, I had to ask her d out my reservation after 20 minutes then another hour wait for our chef to start cooking at our table , they send us the onion soup and the salad but we still waiting 1 hour fro our chef, the waitress and the chef saved the day with great service . But not coming back , it’s just not ok to wait 90 minutes to start .

    This was by far the worst experience I’ve had dining somewhere in a while. Had a reservation at 8pm and was told during check in they were 30-40 minutes behind. They didn’t bother to call anyone to let them know what to expect? My group was seated at 8:55pm and did not receive drinks until 9:40pm. The chef came out at 10:15pm and chose to cook all steak last making my meal ready at 11:10pm. He did not provide sauces for anyone at the table. My filet mignon was cooked rare but burned on the outside. 0/5 which is disappointing considering this is the location nearest me. No discounts or anything to make up for this terrible experience were offered. Absolutely unacceptable from any restaurant. You can truly get better service at panda express.

    This was one of the best Benihana experiences myself and my family have had and that was solely because of the chef! We got chef Alex, or the real shrimp shady, lol! From the moment he got to the table, he was extremely welcoming, really funny, did a lot more throughout the show and did a bunch of his own jokes and tricks outside of the regular ones we’ve normally seen at Benihana. His food was also amazing! All of us at the table had a great time.

    We went for my daughters 21st birthday - noted so in the reservation- it was mentioned twice more once present and totally dismissed as tables around us had celebrations/ after our over 1 hour sit at a table. Will NOT be doing that again.
