Benihana（ベニハナ）は他にはないダイニング体験を楽しめるレストランです。専属シェフが、グループ用の相席テーブルで伝統的な鉄板焼きの技を披露しています。目の前でスライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりする様子を眺めながら、美味しいステーキや、柔らかいチキン、ジューシーなシーフードを目と舌で楽しめます。腕の良い寿司職人による寿司や、贅沢な特製カクテルも用意しています。Benihana Columbusはポラリス・ファッション・プレイスのライフスタイルセンターにあるため、ショッピング前後に食事をするのにも最適です。専属シェフによる昔ながらの鉄板焼きを、18席ある鉄板焼きテーブルの1つで楽しめます。よりプライベートな空間として、4つのセミプライベートのテーブルもあります。月曜〜木曜の17:00〜19:00、金曜の16:00〜19:00まで、バーとラウンジエリアでハッピーアワーを開催しています。

This was by far the worst experience we have had at a benihanas in over 10 years. The rice was close to burnt, our meat was not cooked to the temperature we asked for. For example I asked for my steak medium and it was well done. The vegetables were close to burnt with just butter and soy sauce to hide the burnt gassy taste. Our server was not friendly at all my wife asked for warm tea, and the waitress brought her cold tea, and my wife said she wanted warm tea and the waitress said no my wife said cold tea. I would say all the food had a gassy taste to it. The soup that came out was Luke warm. For a 230$ tab it was a waste of money. And we don't believe we are going to be going back. It was that terrible.

Our server was phenomenal. We never had to ask for refills, and he cleared used dishes and glasses immediately. We could not have asked for anything more. Our chef was also great. We had a few teenage girls celebrating a 16th birthday and he went out of his way to make them feel celebrated. Also, the hostess was very organized and extremely kind. There was a group of 25 that she was trying to get taken care of and she never appeared flustered or annoyed. She made sure that everyone was seated as quickly as possible and updated the situation for everyone. I have been to Benihana many times, but I have to say that this time was by far the best!

We arrived for our reservation and were seated but then waited 2 hours for our chef to cook our food. A portion of our table just walked out before the cook arrived. After that it was good- experience and food

This was our first time to this restaurant for my wife's bday and it was easily the worst experience ever. Started with a reservation that we made for 2pm on a Saturday. Showed up for the reservation than waited another hour before they could seat us. We were seated and the staff was very slow. Waited another 30mins before they collected food orders. We promptly paid for our drinks and walked out. This place lack some serious organization and leadership. It seemed like the staff didn't know what they were doing, it seemed as if no one was in charge. I have never walked out because of bad service but this place is not well run.

Was seated at bar area. My server was to busy talking to her boyfriend that came in and never came back to check in on us. Food came out salty and overcooked. Wasn’t informed of the 39 dollar special, so missed out on that. Overall would not recommend. They also was running 45 minutes behind schedule, so we opted to sit at the bar. Was a terrible experience and was celebrating our anniversary. Was also seated right next to the take where they were preparing takeout. Was very crowded and loud. There is way better places to eat in Columbus.

We arrived 10 minutes late but I did not expect to wait over and hour for my reservation. Even when we did get seated it took the server 20 minutes to come back with drinks. Worst experience at a hibachi without a doubt.

We go to Benihana every year for my husband’s birthday and this year we decided it would be our last. We had a reservation for 6:30 pm but we didn't get seated until 7:30pm. To the surprise of our chef, our grill wasn’t turned on so we had to wait another 15 minutes to get started. We ordered edamame, which didn’t come with soy sauce. Our sushi didn’t come until after the after the chef started. Our companions at the table had to ask for their wings to show up. When I booked the reservation, I mentioned that it was my husband‘s birthday, but that was a second thought to the server. Overall you can tell that most of the occupants of Benihana were irritated by the service, including my family. I would like to shout out Jeremy because he was nice and his food tasted great.

Our reservation was for 5:30, We sat at the table for over an our before they even started cooking anything. We had tickets to see a show at 7:30 so we asked to change our order to a carry out order. The waitress was rude, the manager didn’t handle the situation well and kept telling us our food was being boxed up. 30 minutes later I see our food sitting on the line so I boxed up our food and left. Nobody seemed to care about providing decent customer service. I will never go back!!

The server was terrible we waited for a whole hour and a half before we even got a cook. Once the cook did come the cook was great but the server once again was terrible!

We had the best chef ever. I believe his name is Choy. He was funny, lots of fun and our food was absolutely amazing!!! He even chopped up my 80 year old grandfathers food in smaller pieces for him to chew easier. Literally almost made the whole table cry. We celebrated my mother’s birthday and it was memorable. Our whole table felt like family. Beautiful amazing experience. Thank you so much Chef Choy!!!!
