他にはない素晴らしいダイニング体験を楽しめる Benihana では、グループで囲む共有テーブルで専属シェフが年季の入った鉄板焼きの技を披露しています。目の前でスライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりする調理の様子を見ながら、おいしいステーキや柔らかい鶏肉、ジューシーなシーフードなどを視覚と味覚で楽しめます。腕の良い寿司職人による寿司、特製カクテルもあります。Benihana Dallas への訪問は、市街の喧騒の中で日本の田舎の農家に足を踏み入れるようなものです。レストランは鯉が泳ぐ湖に囲まれています。ゲストは入り口へ向かう木橋を渡り、一旦中へ入るとスタッフから心のこもった挨拶を受けられます。レストランはプライバシーに配慮した数室の小さめの部屋で構成されています。大人数のグループの場合、いずれの棟にも位置する4つのテーブル付きの部屋を選べます。

    We were in a room with 4 tables. Every table but ours had multiple kids. A couple were more kids than adults. It was crazy loud and annoying to be honest. The waiter was nice but super slow. We waited and waited on him to come back every time. I’m guessing he had too many tables. Our chef was decent, but really had no energy. I realize we weren’t a table of kids to ooh and ahh but his demeanor was very bland. The amount of food for your money does not equal out! There are no options for flavor of soup so if you don’t like onions you’re out of luck. If you don’t like ginger salad dressing, you’re out of luck, if you don’t like shrimp, you don’t get the shrimp appetizer so you’re out of luck. So for 46 dollars, my husband got a small over cooked steak and some rice. When asked for alternatives, there were none. That is completely unacceptable. We will not be back. There are no explanations as to what is in and on the sushi rolls.. the sushi is better at the grocery store to be honest and that is sad.

    The sushi and sauces for the Teppanyaki weren’t as good as they used to be. Also, the chefs weren’t as skilled as they were when I had last been to Benihana’s.

    We visit this Benihana often and this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Benihana Trio which includes a filet. My wife and I both ordered the filet with our meals and there were 2 pieces of steak on the grill that looked identical and everything else was obviously different. He served the first filet to my wife and then left mine cooking even though I told him it was getting too done. He then proceeded to serve me a sirloin from elsewhere on the grill. We told him that was not a filet and he argued it with us and ignored my telling him that is not a filet. There was a very obvious difference. Sadly, I paid $60 for a sirloin because he refused to correct the error and we had already waited 2 hours for the meal to be cooked so I had given up. He had no concept of how to bring the elements of the meal together. For example, the appetizer shrimp were served after everything else had been eaten and everyone at the table had finished their entree before the onions were done. The table in the room with us came in and was seated while he was already cooking our meal and they ordered, had appetizers, ate, took pictures and left all before our meal was finished cooking. Just not a good experience.

    My family and I we're there to celebrate my cousin's bday. From the service, the food presentation, and birthday serenation was all great. The food can be a little pricey, but I still highly recommend this location . Had a little wait even after reservation, but it was a busy Tuesday.

    entertaining as usual, nice place to go to get great meal. Chefs are interesting, going in the mid afternoon, you get the training or lesser experienced chefs. They are always try very hard to be special of unique. The prices are still very high, so expect to spend a lot to get a special meal. $200 for a party of 3.

    A wonderful experience for Thanksgiving evening. One of our party has some very specific food allergies, and everything was put together separately with good attention to potential cross-contamination. Everything that we ate was perfectly done, and the entertainment aspect is always good.

    I got the trio for $50 with chicken fried rice which was extra. The food was ok, but for $57, I was expecting a lot more taste for my buck. I had a birthday coupon and that will be the only reason I go back. Yamato's and Shogun's has much better food AND pprices. However our waitress Adrian was outstanding! Always ask for her!
