We had 6:30pm Thursday night reservation for a party of 3, we arrived and had to wait 10 minutes which was not bad, we were seated for a the hibachi table. Our server did not greet us for another 15 minutes or so, when she arrived you could barely hear her talk, so mumbled her words. She took our drink order. Then disappeared for quite some time, brought our drinks, took our food order. It was not a crowded evening at all, maybe 8 tables were occupied. When she brought over our soup bowl, she placed on our dinner plate. Then the salad was brought out and again placed on our dinner plate. In our order two of us had the Specialty 6 course meal which included Green Tea, which was never mentioned or brought out. The cook was amazing, he started prepping the food, but then noticed he was placing the cooked food on our dinner plates that were holding the Soup and Salad that was brought over a serving tray. I said to someone walking by, if they can bring us new plates, becuase our server was no where to be seen. After eating, we all sat there for about 15 ish minutes and our server never came back. The other party at our table got up and walked to the front to request their check. Our meals included ice cream so we sat and wait. It was apparent that she was not coming back so we did the same. I had food left over food, so I needed a togo box. long story short, she was a horrible server. At the front when we requested our check she appeared, with her handle held device to check out. I mentioned to the Hostess the service was horrible, she asked why... i said LACK OF SERVICE. Not attentive at all, if it were a busy night then completely understanable... it was not.
