    Fabulous experience! Steak, chicken and shrimp was melted in your mouth and full of flavor. Frozen cocktails and beer were amazing! The staff was very happy to accommodate my dairy allergy and cooked my food off to the side of the grill or gave me my portion before putting real butter on the food. I so very much appreciated that and that in itself made my night and my tummy very happy! Guillermo was our chef. Again...outstanding show, awesome personality and food cooked to perfection! Jack was our server. Great whenever we had questions. Awesome personality. Excellent through and through and was on top of any and all needs we and the other guests at our table had!

    We had an almost $35 service charge for our table on top of our food and drink prices and tax. This is illegal in MN starting January 1, 2025. When we stated this we were told it was for the experience. Again I said that should be reflected in the prices not as a charge but had to pay it anyway.

    Good meal but menu was more complicated than other hibachi restaurants we’ve been too. More expensive too. The veggies were just onions, mushrooms and zucchini all served separately instead of a nice serving of mixed veggies to go with your whole meal. Made the value seem not as great, in my opinion.

    our service was amazing. Sadly, there was a table next to us were the woman was quite rude… But our server handled it like a champ! Thank you guys for all you do.

    The food was amazing, and the chef and servers were really good. What was odd is that we were charged for service twice, and that doesn’t sound right. I probably will not go back.

    It was almost like they were doing us the favor letting us dine there. Paid for a 5 course meal and didn’t get two of the added items until I begged and even then the tea was watered down and the scoop of sorbet was a spoonful literally one bite. We didn’t get our white rice until I asked and again, asked, and then it was when we were being given boxes to pack up our just finished cooking food to take it to go. Don’t get me started on beverage service or refills. And then to stand over me and watch me fill out the check/tip! Oh by the way we were celebrating my daughter’s Golden Birthday which I made the reservation for and told them twice again - you guessed it NOTHING! Not even close to worth the money let alone the way we were treated. We should have been paid to dine there.

    Food was pretty good, great chef , waiter was not bad at all. But trying to put 9 people at a table, knowing it’s suppose to be 8 persons, so I asked with my party of 7 to buy the seat out , manager said no problem , other two at the table didn’t mind moving which was cool, manager was respectful , but I paid for two seats meaning table of nine. I would like a meal credit sit nine people at one table when other tables were open. One credit Benihana , 8 people to a table not NINE. And then served a lime with a drink advertised as grapefruit on the side & my party of seven didn’t receive ice cream . Sheesh One credit 65$ to an eight hundred dollar bill. # Make it right.

    Was just ok. As with most organizations now, it's franchised and feels very corporate. Even though I wrote in my reservation notes we were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday, zero acknowledgement was made and nothing special was offered whatsoever. How disappointing.
