Benihanaでは、ユニークなダイニングを楽しめます。専属シェフが相席のグループ用テーブルにて、伝統的な鉄板焼きの技を披露します。スライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりと目の前で行われる調理の様子を見ながら、おいしいステーキ、柔らかいチキン、新鮮なシーフードを目と舌で楽しめます。才能ある寿司シェフによる寿司、特製カクテルも用意しています。Benihana Maple Groveは、Arbor Lakesの噴水近くに位置しています。必須ではありませんが、予約をおすすめしています。忙しい一日はArbor Lakesで休憩をとり、ユニークな食事を楽しめます。レストランには鉄板焼きテーブルが18台あります。シェフが披露する技で、ゲストもショーに参加できます。また、特製巻きずし、握り、刺し身、前菜などを提供する寿司バーも併設しています。

Not happy about the automatic service charge of nearly $30 on our bill. Won’t be dining inside for a long time to come.

Everything was good overall except for the cost of things and the fact that they have switched to a forced 'service charge' instead of a manually entered tip. Two people, no alcohol, birthday certificate for $30 off and the bill was still $130. Anyway, with the move to a compulsory service change I won't be going back. They even taxed the service charge!

Benihana Maple Grove has an extremely hard time maintaining comfortable temperatures when it is cold outside. It was about -15° outside and inside we could still see our breath with winter jackets, gloves, and stocking caps on. The staff did a good job notifying us ahead of time however, even with us dressing warmly it was really too cold to enjoy the experience. We experienced a similar problem here last winter for our annual birthday outing. Hard to believe, but we’ll have to check the weather forecast when making an indoor-reservation in the future. That’s too bad.

Maple Grove location was 45 mins behind on reservations. It also was 40 degrees in the restaurant (confirmed by chef with thermometer) and you could see your breath and had to wear coat, hat to try to stay warm. Felt bad for employees who could not wear winter wear to serve guests. Do not recommend restaurant due to cold issues that need to be fixed.

We had a reservation for 6, and waited until 6:45 to be seated. The server was stressed because it was cold and they were short for cooks, and she was less than pleasant. This is the last time I visit Benihana.

It was extremely cold and a very unfortunate birthday experience We all had to wear our winter coats during dinner to stay warm.

Too darn cold once we were seated. I get that it was cold outside but having to wear a winter coat was a bit much.

Other than our chef and food our party of 6 had a horrible experience. It was so cold in the restaurant we could see our breath, no joke. We had to wear our winter coats the entire meal. Our reservation was for 5:45pm and we didn't get seated until almost 6:30. Once seated 4 of the 6 plates were dirty, one had a piece of hair on it and the others had food still on them. One guest didn't get served their drink and when they did it wasn't what he ordered but he drank it anyways afraid of how long it'd be before he could get the right one. Extremely disappointed considering the price and 20% service fee that they add to the bill that apparently isn't for a tip!!!
