Benihanaでは、他とは違うダイニング体験を楽しめます。コミューナルテーブルで、専属シェフが伝統的な鉄板焼きを披露します。目の前で繰り広げられるシェフの技を楽しみながら、おいしいステーキ、柔らかい鶏肉、最高のシーフードを目と舌で味わえます。腕利きの寿司職人が握る寿司、特製カクテルもご賞味ください。Benihana Memphisは、イースト・メンフィスのポプラ・アベニューと州道240号線のそば、Hilton Hotelの向かいに位置しています。鉄板焼きテーブルを22卓用意しており、各テーブルの専属シェフが素晴らしい技を披露します。月曜～木曜の17:00～19:00、金曜の16:00～19:00にハッピーアワーも開催しています。特製カクテル、特製巻き寿司、前菜の盛り合わせが3ドル（USD）～楽しめます、8名以上のグループでの利用には、18％のサービスチャージが加算されます。

    Was apprehensive based on previously posted reviews, but I was extremely pleased to have a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. I was greeted by the staff about 3 minutes after arriving 5 minutes late to my reservation. Was patiently allowed to wait about 15 more minutes for the rest of my party to arrive. We were seated almost as soon as they arrived. Excellent timing for eat course arrival/chef arrival and execution of food prep. Service was also exceptional. Food was AMAZING!!

    Was extremely disappointed in how far this Benihana location has degraded. Has been a very long time since I’ve visited this location, and I was extremely disappointed in the service and overall appearance of this establishment. Rest room was also filthy . Was chaotic to say the least.

    First problem was I had a reservation for 7 we got in early and we told to wait no biggie but 25 minutes later we finally got the to the table. After 30 more minutes of waiting at the table we were finally asked our drink order. This is ridiculous. It took over and hour to get a drink. I was here for a birthday party. Benihana's drop the ball. The server was terrible. She disappeared for 2o to 30 minutes every time we asked for something. Like I thought she just punched out and left. On the hibachi the chef showed zero showmanship. We came for an experience. We definitely got charged for a experience. Food cost alone for four people was $374. Total rip off. I will never come back to benihana again. The service was a joke hibachi chef was a joke and the manager had no clue what he was doing it won't be long till this location is closed down. NEVER COMING BACK. I'm extremely disappointed with the entire experience. This place is trash. I go out 10 times a month all over Memphis this by far was the worst place I've been in a long time. 3 hours for four people to eat and check out we came to celebrate a birthday and you completely ruined it. Over priced rip off with the worst service management and staff. What joke. Most businesses fail from within. This one will be next due to the staff.

    I took my daughter out for a father daughter date night, our reservation was at 6:30 we arrived at 6:20. I was impressed at first being seated right away but from there it went downhill, we had plans for after dinner afterwards. At 8:00 my wife was calling to see if we had left or getting ready to leave yet I told her we haven’t even seen the chef or eaten. The chef came out around 8:15 and I was asking for the check as we were eating. Needless to say I built my daughter up for this special night and I feel like I let her down. It’s not the Benihana I remember visiting the years in the past.

    Waited over 30 minutes past our reservation time and kept getting told we had to wait cause they had a bigger party for a reservation that was 15 minutes past our reservation time finally got seated after that party cancelled. So we were really unhappy about that. But after being finally seated our chef Jose’ was wonderful and our server did a lovely job as well. So bad start but due to front of house people but the chef and service after being seated was great.

    The chef and food were both very good. However, our server was very bad. This is a very expensive restaurant for such a bad server and we probably won’t be going back.

    We choose Benihana as a different alternative to the chic La-McDonald's for our 7-year-old grandson birthday. 😂 He really didn't know what to expect and when he saw the grill fire from the nearby table, he, his sister and younger cousins where so fascinated! Our waitress was absolutely amazing helping us make good decisions as far as satisfying the palate of little kids can sometimes be challenging. I was proud everyone was willing to try something new. Our chef was very friendly and personably. He entertained the young kids and kept them engaged. Overall, we have a happy 7-year-old who now has something new to talk about at school. I am really pleased with the overall experience.

    I had the best experience at Benihana for my daughter birthday. The teppanyaki chef Jose was amazing and made it a memorable experience for my family. I have been going to Benihana for over 20 years and this one was the best. Lauren also exemplified exceptional customer service.
