    When we arrived, parking is challenging. There is absolute nowhere to park and there is no street parking. I had a reservation and arrived on time. We were told we would have to wait because they had 2 table of people ahead of us which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. We decided to sit at the bar and grab a drink. We ordered our drink, however the guy who took our order was cleaning, helping other people as we continued to wait on our drink. There was another bartender making drinks but it look like she was making drinks for table orders. Our bartender walked back and fourth in front of us for over 10min with no update on our drink. I was able to identify the other bartender made two drinks that look like the drinks we ordered. Our bartender was standing over the drinks with two other employees for another 5min without serving our drinks. I had to verbally get the bartender’s attention to ask if the drinks belong to us and they did. I had to ask him for our drinks. Once we were seated at our table, the cook comes out to make our food before we get our soup and salad. The shrimp were not deveined and you can see the “pool” strip hanging outside of majority shrimp as the cook was cooking. The cook over cooked the lobster and the rice was dry further the food was bland. The cook did not use the infamous garlic butter that makes the food taste better. I had to ask for melted butter on the side. I love Benihana but I mostly likely will not return to this location.

    We had such an incredible experience at Benihana for lunch today! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our server, Jason, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. But the true highlight of our visit was Chef Antonio. I’ve been coming to Benihana for over 30 years, visiting locations across the world—including London and Abu Dhabi—but today’s performance was by far the most entertaining I’ve ever seen! Chef Antonio is a total showman, bringing energy, excitement, and a unique touch to the traditional teppanyaki experience. His routine was packed with surprises—he had a wind-up chick, flashing disco lights, a light-up mask, and even glow-in-the-dark bracelets for the guests. And just when we thought we had seen it all, he ate fire! Beyond the impressive tricks, he was incredibly engaging, making not just my daughter and me laugh, but our entire table. Honestly, we had been losing faith in Benihana after several disappointing visits, but today completely changed our perception. It was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back—requesting Chef Antonio by name!

    Great experience again, but what really made it even better was our Chef, Antonio. Probably the best we’ve ever had! Very entertaining and food was yummy. Thanks so much for making our parents 68th Anniversary so special.

    I’ve been going to Benihana for years on special occasions. But since I retired, I don’t go so often for financial reason but I would love to go any chance I get.

    We had to wave down a busboy to clean off the table. We ordered the Taste of Benihana. I got my appetizer (rainbow roll) way before the 2nd appetizer (shrimp tempura). We both ordered the steak entree, but it came without the mushrooms, so we had to ask the server for it. The temperature of the food was not hot, lukewarm at best. Server was very accommodating.
