すべてが最悪。予約をしたが、道に迷い10分遅刻した。その旨受付に謝ったが「Too　late！」と強く言われ、「待つなら待てば」的な感じで呼び出しベルを渡された。こちらも遅刻したほうなので待っていたが待てど暮らせど呼ばれず。次々に新しいお客が呼ばれていく中、私たちはずっと待たされた。もう一度こちらから「まだ呼ばれないのか」と聞くと「いつ呼ぶかわからないわ」と馬鹿にした顔で言われてこちらも怒ってお店を出ていきました。せっかくのディナーが台無しです。まずは受付の方を辞めていただきたいです。英語がうまく話せない私たちを完全に馬鹿にしていました。しかも早口で・・・（こちらはリスニングはできますので相手が何を言っているかはすべてわかりました）お店のパフォーマンスを見ていたがこちらも不十分。ディズニーエプコットのアルバイトのシェフのほうがずっと上手でした。このお店に二度と行くことはないと思いますが、ホノルルなどの「ベニハナ」にも二度と行きません。

美味しくて1年ぶり2度目の利用です。オーランドに来たら行きたい。ただお肉より先にご飯(フライドライス)が出てくるのは調子が狂います。

What a fun night. Good food and good company. Our chef was Louis and he was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection.

From the receptionist at the Host at the restaurant to the bartender and the manager this place is horrible. The Manager did. Not care how employees were treating guest.

We have been coming here for years and never had such a poor experience! We had an 8:30 reservation and they were 40 minutes behind. We ordered and once we were done with our soups and salads the waitress came over and said it would be a while because they were short staffed. It was 10pm and there was still no chef. I spoke to the manager who said that they weren’t short staffed and that the new owners were okay with all the walk ins and know how upset people are. As I was speaking to him, another gentleman walked up and was upset with his table and service as well and his treatment at the hostess stand. The manager didn’t seem to really care but I made it clear that by 10:15 I would be walking out with my four children. There was no apology or trying to rectify the situation. The chef made mention that he was there for Christmas and had one day off in the last 3 weeks. The entire situation was uncomfortable and you should stay away from this place with the new ownership.

We were a little disappointed that we showed up early for our reservation and told to “stay close” only to be sat 30 minutes AFTER our reservation time. Would have been nice to be told they were running behind when we got there.

Very bad experience. Our waitress tried so hard but they were so under staffed. We went forever without anything to drink. Food was cold and the place was not clean. I do not recommend. I have only written two other bad reviews in my life so that should tell you something. Also one of the managers just walked around carrying an iPad without helping out at all.
