    We have been coming to this Benihana multiple times, but this time was so bad that we will never want to come back again. At first everything was great, we ordered land & sea, splash meadows etc. These all comes with steaks, we asked for medium rare steaks. The chef came and double checked, we all wanted medium rare. When our steaks came, it was all well done. When I told the chef this was not medium rare and his reply was: the steaks are covered in butter, that’s why you cannot see the inside. Finally when we are done and we had some gift cards that we bought from Black Friday sale, our waitress came back with the bill and did not did the deduction correctly, I had to take my phone out to show her how much the balance should be. We spend around 30-40 mins working on the bill with her and the manager. Lastly we had to ask to get our photos taken. After waiting all these time, I had to ask again where is our photo? They then tell us the camera wasn’t working.

    Everything was amazing . The Puente hills location is my favorite. I made reservations online and we were seated within a few mins of arriving. Aileen was our server and she was also amazing. She is great we had everything we needed and she checked on the table often. The cook was amazing he made it fun and different. The food tasted amazing. He was entertaining and very friendly.

    I made a reservation for 145pm on a Monday, arrived on time did not get seated until 2:40 PM. The communication at the front desk is terrible. The girls are like mannequins pushing buttons. I wish someone would’ve said something to us that they were falling behind. Management was nowhere to be found. We finally got seated and they sent our appetizers late, which was delicious by the way very late. The CHEF didn’t show up to our table until 3:40 PM at this point I should’ve just made dinner reservations. Very disappointing cause we have been coming here for years and to have terrible service is usually a good sign that Management needs to retrain the staff. I think if they would’ve mentioned that they were understaffed and running behind schedule would’ve been warranted, but because nobody said anything to any of us standing around waiting for tables it was quite frustrating. And at that point We were hangry and just wanted lunch ….. turned into an early dinner. :/

    Horrible service. Waited over 3 hours to be seated. Waitress made multiple mistakes . We ended up leaving halfway through the show because it was that frustrating. Will never go back to that location

    We ended up leaving Service was extremely slow. Grill plates and floors were very dirty. We ended up leaving. Very disappointing on how they have let this place go

    The food was good, the service was great. The chef was very friendly and respectful. It is very pricey now though.

    Lobster didn't cook well it was still raw, and file mignon was not tender enough, waitress was very good service

    Experience was uneventful! Although we had a reservation, we waited for over 20 minutes to be sat on a table. We were told we had two parties in front of us!!!Then more waiting, to get drinks and more waiting for the cook to cook the meal.
