   Server was great. Cook was entertaining. Steak was overcooked!! - Both mine and my wife's steak were almost well done; we ordered medium rare. Her chicken was way over cooked as well and her steak was very fatty. I think the grill was turned up too hot. We paid for Filet and Scallops combo and a steak and chicken c ombo, which comes with mushrooms, but cook gave away a bunch of mushrooms to two noodle entree people who were not to get any mushrooms. And we were provided servings first, and all were lagging compared to the last couple people who only order noodle entrees. We did not complain about small portions of muchrooms and small portions of other veggies. Also Prices are sky high!! $30 brirthday coupon previously covered a Rocky's Choice meal (which was $28); now Rocky's Choice meal has increased to $46. Coupon should also increase. Not sure if we will ever go here again. Perhaps if B-day coupon is increased to $50. Everything steak combo meal has gone up $20 or more, so then coupon should go up $20.

   Typical Benihana experience...food great..it's noisy cus a lot going on with several teppan stations going at the same time. Always fun.

   This is by far the dirtiest Benihana I have ever been to. Multiple tables went un-bussed for at least 45 minutes while a lobby full of guests waited for tables. The bar area was a dirty and messy as the dining room. Guests with reservations waited anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours after their reservation times. Our server and chef were great and the food quality was decent but I will not return to this location.

   Our reservation was for 6:30 PM. We did not get to sit at a table until 7:30 PM. We did not receive our meal until 8:30 PM. We had $130 worth of gift cards to use. They would only take $50 worth of the gift cards. We gave them to the other guests in the restaurant so they wouldn’t go to waste. I spoke to the staff and they said Benihana’s is under new ownership. I was told there are frequent bad reviews because they company overbooks online and understaffs. Management wouldn’t make changes because people keep coming regardless of reviews. To add insult to injury 3 out of 5 of our family members had an upset stomach after the dinner.

   Had a reservation with wifes elderly parents for 6:15. We got the at 6:00! They left us in the bar until 7:00 - The dinner was rushed and we finished with onions and mushrooms that he had to go get himself. Will not return!

   I had a disappointing experience. My reservation was for 6:15 pm, but upon arrival, my table wasn't ready. After a 30-minute wait, I was informed that there would be an additional 40-minute to 1-hour wait due to the chef's schedule. This was unacceptable, so I left and will not be returning.

   First time not having a great experience at Benihana. It’s been a while since e we’ve been here but the quality of service has really changed. Our reservation was at 5:45pm and we arrived early. We got seated about 30 minutes after our reservation. The Teppan chef came out to start cooking an hour and a half later and forgot their delicious mushrooms on all the orders that include it. They forgot to serve the steamed rice on 3 of our party’s plates (we had to ask 3 different workers including the chef before finally getting it). In the end the Chef placed the cooked steak from one order on the wrong persons plate.

   I love going here for date night, for dinner and a show, and I know not all days I will have an awesome experience. But this time our cook didn’t talk for the whole show till the end when he said goodbye. We we actually just looking to the table next to us having fun with their cook. And to top it off. The waitress was rude and short with us. Just don’t understand specially if they want a tip. This time just really sucked. Making me not want to go anymore. Service has really declined.
