Benihana（ベニハナ）では他にはないダイニングを体験できます！専属シェフが、グループ用の相席テーブルで伝統的な鉄板焼きの技を披露しています。目の前でスライスしたり、さいの目に切ったりする様子を眺めながら、美味しいステーキや、柔らかいチキン、ジューシーなシーフードを目と舌で楽しめます。腕のいい寿司職人による寿司、特製カクテルも用意しています。Benihanaのシェフは、エンターテイメントを提供することでサンディエゴでも知られています。高速道路8号線のミッションセンタードライブ出口からすぐで、ホテルの近くに位置しています。広い寿司バー＆ラウンジでは、ハッピーアワーを月曜～金曜の16:00～19:00の時間帯に提供し、3ドル（USD）のおすすめメニューも用意しています。Benihanaは、ミッションベイ、シーワールド、バルボアパーク、サンディエゴ動物園の近くにあります。

    This location is always bonkers busy. Arrived at 6:50 pm for a 7 pm reservation- seated at 7:30. Our chef finally arrived at 8:30 PM - we had Paul this time and he was really really funny and did a bunch of things outside of what we had seen previously as we’ve been going to Benihana for many years. He did the sequence of some of the food, a little different than previous times and it was great. Food was great. The location was packed. Everyone seems to be celebrating a birthday so lots of singing and lots of noise overall, it was really hard to hear anything unless you were yelling to each other. The good news is they do use a mobile credit card device now so that saves a tiny bit of time but all in we didn’t leave that building until 10 PM . The bathrooms are on the side of the lobby, which is always packed with people and the bathrooms have three stalls for the women and overall just in rough shape but when you’re there for three hours chances are you going to have to use them.     I just want to say that the chef wasn't very pleasant. It was my wife’s first time at Benihana, and I took her there hoping she’d have a great experience. She doesn't speak English (thankfully), so she ydidn’t notice all the little things that made the price feel unfair. Dirty plates were left around, the food took forever, the service was lacking, and the staff seemed disorganized. I mentioned that we were celebrating our first anniversary, so at the very least, I expected an offer to buy a nice picture of us, but nothing was personalized. My wife enjoyed everything, but for me, it was just another average restaurant.

    We had reservations @6 and didn’t get seated till 20 mins after 6. After we got seated, we didn’t get asked for drinks till 40 minutes after. The first meal didn’t get served till an hour after being seated and our cook arrived 1.5 hours after being seated. We waited very long to get food, even after making reservations. Not very happy about the service today.

    We went and had reservations, but it seemed like they overbooked for all reservations and the wait time was an hour long But overall, the staff was very good and the food is delicious

    Being that my adult kids grew up loving Benihana I have to say it’s a no return, disappointing in every aspect but the 1 the took the gold was the amount of cooking smoke, unbearable to be in waiting for our food, our eyes completely Irritated by the smoke, our filetes tasted funny, not even close to a filet mignon tenderness, it was just a very loud bad experience. Filthy dirty

    We were there for almost 3 hours. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we weren’t seated until 8. They didn’t start cooking until 9 PM. That is ridiculous. We left at 10:20. We weren’t even offered our dessert that came with our meal. We also had two kids with us that got extremely inpatient with how long everything was taking.  they don’t have enough staff to be making all these reservations. Stop making so many reservations!!!

    Benihana is one of our favorite places to go, we enjoy the food, the chef who entertains us for over an hour. Today Chris M was our chef and we enjoyed his performance through out the evening g. He was fun and his food was delicious. He through in his personal experiences which made his performance one of the best. We and the other people seated at our table lived his skills and food.
