   Great time! Love the staff here and the food is always amazing even though the new owners of Benihana love over booking the place on purpose to maximize sales.

   Our whole experience was tainted by the host refusing to seat us even though we arrived within the 15 minute grace period. To top it off we called ahead to let them know that our Uber was running late. Still, the host made us wait another thirty minutes before seating us. We were getting ready to leave when the host said, we can seat you now. He was a total jerk.

   Our waiter was terrible. I asked for a lemon for my second glass of water. Never received it. When the meal was done, he never asked me if I wanted a to go box. Never refilled my glass with water. I had to ask for the manager for a to go box and a glass of water to go. I feel that he did not like us because we are gay. The cook did not show his skills like the other chiefs. Was very disappointed in the chief. Food was great. This is why I chose Benihana for the cooking show. It was our second anniversary, and I wanted to have a good time. The food was great, service was terrible.

   Never had an experience like this in all my years. Way too much to include here. I felt like a hidden camera show and we were the brunt of the skit. Sat 30 min past rez time. Rez time was 7:15, we left their at 10. Almost 3 hours of mainly sitting at the table waiting for the chef. Food was overcooked. Table next to us was vaping weed. So much more I don’t have time to include. Capped off with still having to pay 50% for un edible food for our party of three and the other two couples at the table. Never again!!!!!!!!

   I go here a lot this time it was very bad 35 min before we got drinks and after we sat down it took 20 mins before a server showed up I think I’m done because it seems like all the regular are gone

   30 minutes late with a reservation. Sat and waited 40 for cook to show up. Table that was sat after our party ends up being served 20 minutes before

   We had a great experience. Our waiter was on top of everything and our chef was super fun too. Food was amazing! Reason for 4 stars…We had reserved for a table of 8. Took 30 min to be seated. We placed our order, got drinks and soup right away. It took another hour for our chef to arrive. Other tables had a chef prior to us who were seated after us. The manager was very apologetic and handled it well. Overall great experience.
