                                          Alex waited on us and did a magnificent service. He was enthusiastic and offered suggestions, which we were pleased with. We ordered the blueberry goat cheese salad for appetizer, the Lamb Curry Shank as the main entree, and the white chocolate crème brûlée for dessert. All tasty. We used the queens feast as an opportunity to visit.

                                          We were in town attending a biz conference and had a wonderful dinner tonight at Bernadin’s in downtown Charlotte. The ambience was perfect for a business dinner and the service by Angela was simply impeccable. She was well-versed on the menu and made great recommendations plus was just very pleasant and friendly. Our meals were excellent across the board and the desserts were shared and enjoyed by all of us. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this to business associates and colleagues looking for a great place to enjoy an excellent meal with local flavor. Great service and reasonable prices.

                                          I came here this evening to experience restaurant week. I extremely enjoyed this selections that they offered, this restaurant did not offer smaller portion sizes due to it being restaurant week. This is the only restaurant that had a 12 oz favorable rib eye steak selection on the restaurant week menu.. The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable.. I also enjoyed the ambience of the whole entire restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

                                          From the quiet, warm atmosphere to the personable and welcoming service to the outstanding dishes, a win all the way. Our party of 7 enjoyed everything put on the table. Proteins were cooked to perfection. The blueberry goat cheese salad was fantastic. The lamb shank was amazing. We truly enjoyed every item put on the table with not a single disappointment. It was also very nice to be in a restaurant where we could hear each other talk at each end of the table as the music was at a great volume. Our service was great and enjoyed chatting with the manager at the end of the evening. Lovely experience.

                                          I enjoyed the food and service. I went during Queens fest week and it was hard to decide on my meal. I will definitely go back to try other dishes the prices seemed very reasonable.

                                          My sisters and I dined on Saturday 1/18. We had a sisters date and it was AMAZING. We went during charlotte restaurant week. Myself and my sister got the ribeye and it was soo flavorful simply delicious. My cut of meat did have a bit more fat on it but if I'm being honest it was delicious too. My other 2 sisters got the lamb chop. Their food was good but did feel it lacked some flavor. The meat was very tender and the gravy was packed with flavor. When one of my sisters asked if she could switch to the steak they made the switch with no issue. Before leaving we enjoyed a few shots at the bar and were able to get a few laughs with the Manager James and bartender Alex. We definitely enjoyed this restaurant and I definitely plan to return again.

                                          Everything was phenomenal, only feedback I'd give is if someone's reservation is for 7 and they show up early, don't make them stand in front of a cold door when it's 20 degrees outside until 7:20. Other than that, everything after was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed it.

                                          I was VERY disappointed with our Restaurant Week experience at Bernardine's. We decided to try the $50- 3 course menu to be able to try several different things, however our experience was less than stellar. Beginning with the wait, we had to wait approx 20 min to be seated though we had reservations, during which time we weren't offered water or bread while waiting at a table upfront. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress , who was cordial but seemed extremely busy, handling several tables at once, when we asked her about certain food items being offered , she had little to no information to provide so she wasn't much help in guiding us thru the menu. We ordered the garlic shrimp, the goat cheese salad, the rib-eye steak and the chicken marsala. While we waited for our first course we could not even carry a conversation as the noise level was very high (definitely not what we were expecting at this restaurant) salad and shrimp arrived, a few mins later the bread arrived (in my opinion the best part of the meal), then our second course arrived, the taste of the steak and chicken marsala could both be compared to something ordered at a Golden Corral, and finally the dessert which i would qualify the same as the second course. When finished we looked at the food items at the table next to us, which obviously weren't ordered from the Queens Feast menu, and made us wish we had ordered off the regular menu, unfortunately we probably wont come back to not chance the same experience again. We usually try to venture to new restaurants for restaurant week, but when you have Del Frisco's or the Capital Grill on the list for the same price, it definitely makes you not want to wonder off after an experience like this. I really hope they learn and offer better choices next time around.

                                          Food and service were great. Acoustics not so. Could hardly hear ourselves talk due to the crowd and noise.
