シェフでレストランのオーナーもつとめるJason Athertonの最も新しいレストランBerners Tavernでは終日食事が可能で、朝食、ランチ、ディナー、お茶、遅い夕食を用意しています。セントラル・ロンドン、フィッツロビアのバーナーズ・ストリートにあるThe London EDITIONホテル内に位置し、通りの独立した入口からアクセス可能です。Jasonとともに10年以上の調理の経験を持つPhil Carmichaelがキッチンの責任者をつとめ、イギリス諸島の最高級の食材を使用し、英国の伝統をヒントにしたモダンな英国料理を提供しています。オークニー諸島のホタテのカルパッチョ（アボカド、赤カブ、ハラペーニョ、ライム添）、ウズラの炭火焼き（アルザスベーコン、スモークトマトのジャム、エシャロット、パセリ添）、バクルー公の敷地の牧草で育てられた牛の切り身の炭火焼きなどがおすすめです。Berners Tavernでは、上質のデボンレッドルビー牛を使用した日曜のロースト料理と各種付け合せなど、英国を代表する伝統料理を楽しめます。

    Berners Tavern at The London EDITION announces the launch of its latest series, Live at Berners, a monthly supper concert starting on Friday, April 4th. Taking place on the first Friday of each month, the series will pair a curated dining experience with live musical performances in a candlelit setting. Starting at £95 per person, guests will dine from a set menu featuring seasonal highlights from the restaurant’s À La Carte selection, accompanied by a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, a Patrón Silver Clarita cocktail, or a non-alcoholic alternative.

                  お料理美味しかったです。日本のお醤油を使った物もありました。デザートは甘さ控えめで美味しかったです。サービスしてくれた男性は、日本語を覚えたいと聞いてくれていました。enjoyは日本語でなんというのかと聞かれたので、楽しんで！だよと伝えると、すぐメモに取り、使ってくれてました。他のスタッフもニコニコと笑顔で対応してくれて、素晴らしいディナーになりました、

                  Great food and service in a beautiful room. They were very helpful in adjusting some of the dishes to make them gluten-free, as my wife is coeliac. Noise can be a problem, just due to the scale of the room. I was there on my birthday, and they prepared a complimentary desert with a highly optimistic estimate of my age, which was much appreciated.

                  Incredible birthday dinner with an stunning interior which really made the occasion special, outstanding service from the entire staff but especially TJ, with care and attentiveness that I haven’t seen before, and food of great quality that makes you appreciate the dish itself and its flavour. For special occasions, it’s a great option that pays particular attention to the smaller details like taking a Polaroid group photo and a small birthday treat. Couldn’t have been more happier and satisfied with the experience and I have no doubt I’ll be quick to forget it!
