   Sunday, March 9th, 2025 After a hiatus, I returned to what I thought would be our occasional Sunday brunch with a dear group of friends. The food and service excelled; however, the music had a deep bass stumping sound that hit you in the gut. It seemed never to end, and we all just wanted to eat our lunch and get out of there. It sadly was a ruined afternoon.

   Lovely ambience. Delicious dishes. Phenomenal Fresh Seafood. All you can eat: caviar, lobster, king crab legs, lunch buffet. The flavors are exquisite. The desserts are delicious. My fav: crème brûlée. Omg.. Well deserved!

   Excellent variety of breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner offerings. The breakfast spread is delicious with Brioche french toast with fruit 🍓 toppings being my favorite. The lunch spread is very tasty with the Rosemary seasoned turkey meat with brown gravy being my favorite. Dinner was Maine lobster tails, jumbo shrimps & raw oysters in Pico de Gallo along with a seafood Paella, which was delectably seasoned and delicious. The endless Mimosas were great and the service was outstanding. The venue is very elegant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's worth every penny and I most definitely recommend the experience as a must do when you're in Coral Gables.

   The food is good with good choices. When you are sat, you are offered sparkling or flat water, the flat water is Aqua Panna, and NOT included in the brunch price. As our waiter knew that it was out first time, I did not like that this was not disclosed, and regular water was an option (which we did not know). He was attentive though, so no complaints there. What is included is the Mimosas and Belinis. When our party was finished with the main meal, we order cappuccinos (which are included), prepared it to our liking and then went to get dessert. When we returned, our whole table was cleared, as the manager thought we had left for the day (without paying apparently) and had to wait for all our utensils, coffee, which does not come out quickly by the way, water, mimosa. That did kind of sour things a little bit.

   Le Brunch du dimanche midi dans ce magnifique cadre est absolument à découvrir, tout y est excellent et à volonté et le service est impeccable. Nous y retournerons sans faute lors de notre prochain séjour à Miami.
