   We have been dining at Bird for years, and while we noticed a general decline after Covid and management change, we kept hoping and kept returning. Yesterday, we had diner style greasy spoon dishes, mediocre cocktails and the absolutely worse service ever. The atmosphere is tired, and just not up to par with any other Starks venue! We won’t be returning to Bird and the Bottle. And we do not recommend. Sad.

   Unique twists on food items. Nice presentation, but found most items salty. Nice umami flavor but it seems Gochujang paste (?) is added to most items. $31 for 5-6 pieces of thinly sliced skirt steak?!?! Server was friendly , helpful and all around rockstar!

   Excellent service, food was great. Pastrami tacos were huge and tasty. Too bad we're not not locals, would love to try again.

   The food is good, but the menu is limited. Very loud atmosphere. My wife & I had to yell at each other to have a conversation. We were seated on the kitchen side, but the entire indoor seating seemed loud. The server was good but overworked. Had long intervals between visits. We had the grilled asparagus, black cod, meatballs & carrot cake dessert. All of it was very good. I had one cocktail & my wife had a couple of glasses of wine. The biil was 165, including tip.

   Bird & The Bottle is one of our favorite restaurants in Sonoma County. Always great service, food and cocktails. Our server was excellent, never felt rushed. Cocktails are creative and outstanding. The artichoke was delish!

   We were seated by the kitchen so it was a bit loud. The two salads were excellent. The artichoke was okay but messy. The small burgers were delicious. I did not care for the crab puffs. My friend liked them however. It was very busy and the server did not fill up or ask to fill ice tea. We had to grab our own extra napkins. The service was fine but not stellar. This is the third time I have eaten here and the food has been yummy every time.
