Bishop's Post Restaurant is open for indoor and outdoor dining. * Reservations required. 636 536 9404. www.Bishopspost.com. Menus are listed on our website.

1) Umbrellas- These are stationary and will not be moved per any requests.
2) Heaters-These are stationary and will not be moved per any requests.
3) Parties of 5 or more will be seated on the outskirts of the patio (P1-P6). No seating underneath the pavilion.
4) Parties of 6 or more, 1 check, 20% policy; up to 3 credit cards may be provided for bill.
5) Parties of 5 or more, at least half of the party must be present in order to be seated.
6) Seating in the garden room and waterfall area will vary depending on private events taking place.
7) We ask that all guests arrive on time and give us a call at least 15 minutes ahead of reservation if you're running late; we also ask that everyone is mindful of the allotted 2 hour time frame for seating to allow all guests to partake in the patio experience.

    We love this place but they were OFF on Valentine’s Day. Food was no where near as good as normal. We will be back but fairly disappointed this time.

    The restaurant is nice, the service was good (though the server never asked us for our drink order), and the steaks and sides were amazing. The house salad was okay. The pacing was good and we were in and out in an hourish. However, we had made reservations ahead of time on OpenTable. We called the week of asking to increase our reservation from 4 to 6 people because we had family coming into town. First, they didn't answer the phone for a few days, even when the restaurant was open. We left a message and they finally called back. We were told we couldn't increase our party size because the restaurant was at capacity. We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant, early on Valentines Day. The table next to us was a 6 seater which they pulled two chairs away from when a party of four arrived just after us. Our table also had flaps and could have been made larger. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't accommodate two more people. Poor customer service. We also had a child with us. They gave us a kids menu that had a filet and fries on it for $10. When we tried to order it, they said the filet had been removed and wanted us to order the $46 adult entree. We had to get the manager to honor what was on the menu they gave us. The food is great but they need to work on the customer service aspect.

    We were seated as soon as we arrived. We were a little early for our reservation. We had an excellent server. the food was delicious, and the portions were good. The almond basket with ice cream and fresh berries was great!

    Valentines Day dinner was great! First time we dined at Bishop’s Post and we were certainly pleased with everything! Jenny was absolutely was the perfect server, anticipating our requests almost before asking. She was the best! Our food was absolutely delicious. The steaks were cooked to our liking, food was hot and beautifully plated. Dessert was also delicious! We will be back!

    Consistently high quality of food prep, menu/specials selections, service, and beverages. We enjoy the bar high tops, standard dining room, and outdoor patio (spectacular during nice weather).

    Very noisy dining room and brightly lit. Food came very quickly and was excellent. My steak was done a perfect medium. The risotto was also excellent. Salad was made with fresh ingredients. I think dining outside would be less noisy and more romantic.

    There dinner menu is ok. They used to offer a handful of items that are now only on the lunch menu which is disappointing. If you don’t want to order an entree the choices are limited No entree salads or sandwiches to eat on the lighter side. That is why we don’t go there very often

    We were a little apprehensive for our second attempt to dine at Bishop Post due to our 1st experience a year age where upon arrival with a reservation. that we were told that there was a two hour wait. We were not going to wait as we had plans later that evening and had to find another dining facility. They reported the reservation as ‘cancelled’. The reservation experience this time was a smooth experience with only a 5 minute wait. The food and service was fantastic! We had the crab cake appetizer, the bleu beef pasta and salmon along with chocolate cake desert. All were excellent. The dining room was low in noise and the table for two was comfortable . Our server was prompt and polite. We will definitely be returning with others in the future.
