This was an intimate wedding reception dinner truly hosted by Debra! From beginning to end the Bistro’s staff ensured each diner - ranging from 4 to 72 in age - was always satisfied with food and drink. Debra orchestrated everything from arrival charcuterie followed by simple salad then individual entrees. Needing extraordinary compliments was having pomme frites in front of the 4 year old seemingly within minutes of seating. Each course was delicious with special ‘shout out’ to the roasted dates, gravlax salmon and strawberry pavlova at dessert. It was our second time here. The butter lettuce and beet salad was delicious. The escargot was good, we are used to a little more flavor, but good. Entree’s were pretty good-salmon and double thick pork chop. We didn’t care for the pecan pie, not traditional and two pieces for one order is a bit much. Overall, we will go back. The service is wonderful and it’s a quaint place.
