We went on a really busy Sunday, which we expected the restaurant to be full. we were sat at a table behind the band, which was fine as the other seating they had for us seemed a little too tame/out of the way. I had put down a reservation note to drop a mimosa, light OJ for my wife as soon as we sat as this is my last lunch with my family for a week before I left town. I wanted it to be special and surprise her with a drink from jump. Service note was not acknowledged. My wife ordered a champagne and nothing was mentioned or brought over that something was already coming, so that was a little disheartening. Our server seemed to be very lackadaisical. We had to ask for menus as they were not given. drink time wait was about 10 to 15 minutes per drink and all it was was a glass of champagne each time. The people sitting next to us - who sat after us, ordered their appetizers and got them within five minutes. Ours took about 20 and then our entrée seemed to take at least 30+ with no check-in from our server. the folks right next to us who had arrived after & ordered after us got their food within 2 to 3 minutes of us receiving our food so maybe the timing was just off in the kitchen or it wasn’t fired correctly. Once the food did arrive, the fries were a little cold on the steak and fries, and the Bernaise was a little glazed over, the steak seemed a little too charred & unevenly cooked. We had asked for mayonnaise to come out with the condiments & that did not come out so we had that brought out. we asked for Dijon mustard, dressing was brought out & it took about 7 minutes for that to come over. my pork dish was very excellent though and the appetizers were good. They just took forever to come out. I understand it’s a busy Sunday, sometimes things take longer than they should but that could’ve been communicated to us by our server. would possibly go back for the food, but the service was very lacking and we all left a little disappointed.

Usually it’s great however the valentines menu was not a good representation of the normal menu. Service was a bit tough also, our server said he was new but still. I’ve had much better experiences here.

We went during their special Valentines pre fixed menu. Our family ordered different items and we weren’t disappointed at all! Every dish was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Our server was also very attentive and worked had to make us happy. Great job! Great experience!

Very disappointed. We were not informed by OpenTable or the restaurant that we could only use a $150 per person menu. That would have come to over$400 adding drinks, taxes and tip. The manager could only offer an apology. Ended up at the Red Lobster. Had eaten there before, so again very disappointed.

This was our first time and it was great. The staff was awesome and the food was fantastic. I’m not a fan of the fixed menu, but the selections were varied and good.

We have been there a few times, and the quality of the food is always quite good. The Valentine’s Day special was so overpriced. It was expensive just for the sake of being expensive. Two people - $500. We each had a single drink.
