We had a great meal at Bloom. One of us had the maple salmon and the other had lamb as the mains. Both dishes delicious. Dining room was quiet which was a nice change from sometimes noisy restaurants. The value of the meal was exceptional. We loved that any tips you decided to leave were directed to the program scholarship fund. Will definitely return.

Overall the experience was pleasant, but we could barely understand the servers and they had very quiet voices. Also, they mixed up my main course order so I ate after the rest of our party. The food was well prepared and tasty - presentation was that of a high end restaurant.

Food was delicious, flavourful, and portions were good. The only criticism: vegan moussaka was extremely salty. Servers were friendly.

What a fabulous way to try some interesting food that’s different from a chain restaurant and help support the local culinary program as well!! Had a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back in the fall to try out the new menu! Well done everyone, Jen and Arthur Gralec

Excellent service. Very good appetizers and main. Gelato spices overwhelmed the fruit flavours in the dessert. Excellent prices.

Excellent flavours, particularly salmon rice/bean starchy base, and pork tenderloin. Tenderloin was a bit dry without any jus or sauce. Would benefit with some accompanying sauce. Slaw base was beautifully cut and presented but lacking flavour. Desserts of serbet and panna cotta excellent as always.

This was the second time my husband and I had dinner here, the service and food was outstanding both times, we highly recommend going to bloom.
