Blu Kouzina is bringing its signature, wholesome Greek cooking to the Sunshine State after gracing for the past five years Singapore’s culinary scene. The acclaimed restaurant, born out of the founders’ passion for the food of their native Greece and their love of sharing a hearty, family meal with friends, has set up a second home in Sarasota.

Fresh and quality ingredients, mostly grown organically, and sourced from well established, local producers are used in dishes that are both traditional and creatively contemporary. What remains uniquely Greek and genuine are the flavors and the scents of extra virgin olive oil, fresh fish or succulent lamb that will take you on a journey from a beach-side taverna to a rural mezze shop.

    Once again, we had one of the best meals in Sarasota. The service and food quality is always consistent. We’ve been going for years and there’s never been an “off” meal. We ordered the chicken skewer and pork chop (moist of course). We were still talking about it when we got up this morning. If you’re in the Sarasota area, don’t miss this one!!

    This is my go to place for great Greek food, but tonight was very disappointing. My saganaki came out barely cooked, and the chicken was raw on the inside. I sent it back and for meatballs that were overcooked. On a good note, the service was excellent. Maybe the regular cook was on vacation.

    Food consistently good and service friendly & professional. However, way expensive and the wine list is way overpriced. This is not NYC or Miami. $200+ for 2, shared app, entree & wine.

    Great food and great place. The server Darko was amazing and remembers us every time we go. He even remembers what my family likes to eat and drink. Solid people like this are hard to find.

    This restaurant probably is one of the best I’ve ever eaten in several months ago. My sister took me there. We had these little tiny meatball appetizers. I went back to Naples Florida going probably to three or four Greek restaurants trying to find them and no one had them so last night I ordered the meatballs, their fantastic eggplant dip and also a skewered beef… It was excellent. Waited for the next table to have their Bronzino serve just see what it was like. OMG it was absolutely beautiful. Their food is nothing short of exquisite. They really need one of these restaurants in Naples Florida too. When I walked out the door I noticed several people walking by and pointing out to others that this food was delicious.     We love this place! We have eaten there numerous times, and wish we could eat there everyday. VEGAN and GLUTEN-FREE? No problem; many delicious options. Very friendly and highly professional staff.
