   Our server made this one of our best visits here. He was so kind, on the ball and made us feel so special. Our food was amazing as usual!!

   Food and service was excellent as always. Wife had salmon and I had the rack of ribs. Plenty of food that we had to take home part of both meals. Had oysters they were fresh and delicious.

   Our reservation was for 7:30 and we arrived on time. Shortly after we were seated we ordered a bottle of wine and appetizers. 25 minutes later the appetizers arrived but still no wine. Then the manager came to say they did not have the bottle we chose so we selected another. About 20 minutes later after ordering wine finally arrived . Then we waited and waited for our steaks and sides. At 9:30 (2hours after arrival snd 1.5 hours after ordering I asked the manager where the dinner was? He said the kitchen just got the ticket ,the server did not order it, snd he was ordering now. We ordered another bottle . About 10:pm we got our dinner. Steaks were good but the mash potatoes were grey with the consistency of glue and inedible . One steak was overdone and the another had tons of fat. No wine arrived Then the apologetic server said she had a big free surprise dessert for our guest who was celebrating his birthday . The manager apologized again and said he was taking the steak and sides off the bill . When dessert arrived so did our wine! When the bill arrived at 11:00 pm sure enough the steaks and sides were not on the bill but they charged us for the FREE surprise dessert!! Overall a very disappointing night.

   We recently visited the Blue Grillhouse. We had been there maybe five or six times previously and I do like what the restaurant is trying to do as it relates to the ambiance and dining experience; thus why we drive 40 minutes for dinner. However, upon arrival during our most recent visit we were met by the hostess. But very quickly as we were talking to her one of her co workers rudely interrupted our conversation and asked her a question. Definitely not professional and not what I expected. Our waitress, the server, and the bus person were great! My wife had the short ribs - great taste and great presentation. I ordered the penne shrimp - very disappointed. The Parmesan cheese had a very sharp edge to it; so strong that I had to ask the waitress what type of cheese was used. It was way way too cheesy and completely overpowered the entire dish. My last point for management - when you have a table of 12 and a table of six please do not sacrifice the other tables of two and four as the noise level in the first small room past the hostess station is not conducive for larger parties along with small intimate party conversation levels.

   We celebrated my birthday and the food was fantastic. Party of 8 Seated at 5:30 and left around 7:45 which is the right pace we were looking for. It’s expensive but high end dining usually is with prices roughly $100 a piece for drinks, apps, entrees and a few desserts. The staff was fantastic.

   Went here with my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. The staff was wonderful, the service was great. Everything we ordered was delicious. The portions were generous as well. Some may thing it’s a bit pricey but for what you get with the total experience it is a great value in my opinion. Definitely would recommend and will be going again!!

   Service is very slow. Over three hours for dinner and not crowded on a Tuesday night. Plenty of staff, but nobody is moving. Fillet was ok, nothing special.

   Blue Grill House is truly a great place to meet, whether it be for business or pleasure. We were there for the combination of the two! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the overall impression of everything was just right! Definitely will be back.

    We had the grilled blackened salmon sandwich for lunch with fries and loved it! Complimented with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc...perfect!
