   Bluewater Grill comes through again and delivers an excellent experience. The food is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and very flavorful. The Fisherman's Platter offers a nice selection of fish, scallops, shrimp and calamari. The Barramundi was amazing, and the Cioppino dish offered a great flavor with the pasta and seafood. And the warm sourdough bread is always a draw! The only thing that would have made the experience better is if the restaurant recognized my 93 year old mother's birthday. It was a busy night, but this is type of acknowledgement is something that makes a restaurant a standout in my opinion, and that did not happen during this meal. Prices are pretty high, but if you can manage that, you'll have an amazing food adventure!

   Our family and friends have never been disappointed in our dining experience at this restaurant. By far, the best restaurant in the phoenix area focusing on seafood but with such a varied menu to please a wide variety of tastes.

   Food was excellent! Really great variety of various seafood entrees with perfect prep descriptions. David our server went above and beyond taking care of us. It was obvious to us that he had been doing this a long time, even though he was fairly new to the Bluewater Grill. We will definitely be back there next time we are in Phoenix.

   This was one of the best dinner experiences I have ever had. The sushi was amazing and they had some of the best fish dishes ever! I am telling anyone that visits Phoenix to eat here.

   Pleasantly surprised by it all - food, ambiance and service. We could actually have a conversation here in a very busy restaurant. Doesn't happen as often as we'd like. Menu was great and had lots of things to choose from. My husband loved his sushi roll. Sand dabs were delicious, as was the barramundi. Overall, a really nice dining experience.
