   Service at bar was excellent our dinner server Brian L was not very good he walked by many times without checking on us one person had a seafood special and there was none another girl fixed that for her he had made excuses when we asked him questions on the menu and he was also very rude to one of our party . We have been there many times and always have had a great experience!

   Great staff, food a little to “foodie”. Not every menu item needs to have a “twist”, and no crackers/bread on the charcuterie board was strange. Unfortunately there was a loud and very obnoxious table in our area that completely ruined our meal for us. While you can’t necessarily control people and their behavior I do believe someone should have approached this group and asked them to tone it down a little.

   This is our second time eating at Boca and both times we have found the food delicious and creatively prepared. The noise can get loud depending the diners, but you can easily hear at a table of 4. We will definitely go back again!

   Can’t say enough good about Boca Bistro. We had five small plates between two people and left totally satisfied. Our favorite bites of the night were the clams, Brussels, and the blueberry mousse. A hard choice since everything outstanding. Every detail of the food, from texture to flavor to how well things paired really blew us away. We dined for dinner and had an amazing, intimate experience. Then, saw a show, and returned to the bar for dessert where we were able to watch college basketball at the bar- a completely different vibe and really speaks to the versatility of Boca. So much love, care, and pride goes into every detail here and it shows from the minute you enter. The staff is warm and knowledgeable - my boyfriend might have enjoyed Bryan’s presence more than my own! He was enthusiastic and genuine, a true gem of a human. Sitting at the bar and interacting with the staff was one of our favorite parts of the evening. It’s so clear that the front of house really enjoy their jobs (and each other!!) and it creates such good energy. We can’t wait to visit Boca Bistro again. It might even be for lunch today.

   If you’re a Saratogian or a visitor craving Spanish cuisine, you simply must check out this place. They’ve got an amazing wine selection and their Paellas are to die for. And the appetizers are just to die for too! With all that good food and wine, the 40-minute wait is totally worth it.

   I truly enjoyed my dining experience @ Boca Bistro. When I go out to eat I enjoy eating food that I don't eat at home. I enjoyed the calamari(delicious) & the paella mixta also delicious. My server was great, food was delicious. They also had a surprise dessert as it was my wifes birthday. If you've never been, treat yourself ang to Boca Bistro.

   Love the Paella there!!! Enough for 2 or 3 people. Great service & such nice atmosphere, particularly in the library room.

    Everyone was friendly and professional from the time we entered. Our restaurant week courses were delicious except my partner described the grain bowl as having an odd flavor. Every other item was delicious, and we appreciate the gluten free options which is one reason we keep coming back. Thanks to management for adding a non-alcoholic Chardonnay to the wine list. My partner enjoyed it.
