    学会の最終日に利用しました。大変素晴らしい雰囲気の中で、ワイン・食事・ステーキを食べられました。肉はジューシーだけど柔らかく、今まで食べた中でもっとも美味しいステーキでした。 値段は高いですがこの雰囲気の中で食べられる食事なのでやむを得ないと思います。 雰囲気も最高で訪問時にはまた伺いたいです。

    Based on the recommendation of a friend we got reservations for dinner at Bohanan’s on our first night in San Antonio. Our experience was greater than expected. The service was exceptional and our food the same. I rarely take pictures of my food, but the beautiful salad is one that has to be shared. My fillet was perfectly prepared at medium rare and asparagus in a way I wish I could do at home.

    Our party of 4 chose to dine at Bohanan’s prior to attending a play at the Majestic Theatre as the restaurant is directly across the street. Both couples’ dinners were excellent—rib eye steaks, house salad and mushrooms for one and Chateaubriand for another. Steaks were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Alex’s service was impeccable.

    Brett went out of his way to make our experience exceptional. We had a lovely table. It was a bit noisy initially, but after moving to a booth that quieted things down and we had exceptional food and service. We were in the mood for seafood and it was exceptional fortunately they have a lovely white burgundy to accompany our snapper. some steakhouses skimp on the white wines but not Bohan we appreciate that Rick the sommelier was very helpful. We took him a lovely cheesecake and some leftovers. I look forward to visiting Bohanon again in the near future.

    Old school fine dining. Servers dressed in suits but you don’t need to be. Mesquite grilled Steaks and Seafood. Great wine list and bar program.

    We thoroughly enjoyed the chateaubriand for two, medium rare; everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our server Alex and his support associate took care of us, keeping the table clear, beverages full, and wonderful conversation too. We loved the table side service. Also enjoyed speaking to the bar staff and matte d about the Louis XIII magnum and the corresponding crystal glasses.

    We are traveling for business and booked Bohanan’s for a business dinner. Having never been here I didn’t know what to expect but had heard from locals that it was fabulous so we were excited to try it. This place didn’t disappoint. From the service to the excellent food we had the best experience. I would highly recommend going for a nice dinner or occasion.

    Service was very slow. I had to complain. Check was almost 2K and the steak tasted like nothing no flavor. Will not be back!!!
