                                                        Service and food were great, could not have been better. Upstairs terrace is very loud, not great for group conversation. If downstairs terrace is open, would be better (upstairs only during our visit)

                                                        Really good atmosphere, lovely greeting from the hostess and our server was fab. We had the brunch. Food taste wise was great, the only reason I have not given 5 stars is because most of the dishes were just warm instead of being hot.

                                                        I made the reservation weeks in advance. I put in weeks ago, I made a request via OpenTable to be seated by the railing outdoors. When we arrived there, there was a table available by the railing, however we were not seated by the railing. A white family was seated at the table that I requested earlier, they did not have a reservation and never ate at Border Grill before. Also, we requested champagne bottles and the server did not even bother opening the bottles for us. However, she opened the bottles for the neighboring tables who were white.
