Brando'sは、楽しめるディナーすべての3要素であると考えられる、上質な材料で作った料理、優れたサービスと温かい雰囲気を基調として創業しました。シェフ/店主のスティーブン・ボッタは、ブルックリンで育ち、Brando'sで採用されている数多くのレシピを自分の母親から学びました。こうしたもてなしの伝統のなかで育ったボッタ氏は、Brando'sに初めて訪れる時も、100回目に訪れる時も、家族とディナーを楽しむ感覚を与える必要があると考えています。メニューは「ソウルフルなイタリア料理」と表現するのが最もふさわしいでしょう。調理スタッフは有名な料理学校で訓練を受け、全員合計で50年以上の経験があります。ゆでたてのパスタから、一本釣りで釣り上げられた魚や35日間寝かせたドライエイジングステーキまで、その味の違いをはっきりと感じることができます。

Brando's never disappoints. Sunday gravy is the best. Red Snapper special was delicious as was our favorite appetizer-lump crab meat with avocado. Service is attentive, but not intrusive. One of our favorites & we'll definitely be going back.

Brandos is my favorite restaurant however last night’s experience didn’t live up expectations. Waiter forgot our appetizer order and then proceeded to bring it out with the main course. I ordered rigatoni with Bolognese instead of the ziti that came with the pork chop special and he forgot to bring that so they had to take my ziti back to bring out the rigatoni

Exceptional & Delicious! The Meatball appetizer was amazingly mouthwatering! The pasta bolognese was the best I’ve ever had! The waiter made fabulous suggestions! Can’t wait to go back !

Brandos is the best Italian restaurant in Monmouth county. The food is 10/10 every time. Service is fantastic, our regular waiter Brian is the best! Must go on Sunday for the Sunday sauce. Must get the pistachio ice cream cake for dessert. The meatball app is also amazing.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 Valentine’s Day dinners and every single time the service is outstanding. I feel better every time I come here I drive an hour to eat here.

Fun beautiful restaurant in Asbury Park. My friend had the Caesar salad which looked very good. I didn’t have an appetizer but many good options to choose from I had the seafood fradiablo which was excellent and very flavorful. The zeppolies for dessert was the winner, fantastic. I would go back to Brando’s an enjoyable dining experience.
