Brando'sは、楽しめるディナーすべての3要素であると考えられる、上質な材料で作った料理、優れたサービスと温かい雰囲気を基調として創業しました。シェフ/店主のスティーブン・ボッタは、ブルックリンで育ち、Brando'sで採用されている数多くのレシピを自分の母親から学びました。こうしたもてなしの伝統のなかで育ったボッタ氏は、Brando'sに初めて訪れる時も、100回目に訪れる時も、家族とディナーを楽しむ感覚を与える必要があると考えています。メニューは「ソウルフルなイタリア料理」と表現するのが最もふさわしいでしょう。調理スタッフは有名な料理学校で訓練を受け、全員合計で50年以上の経験があります。ゆでたてのパスタから、一本釣りで釣り上げられた魚や35日間寝かせたドライエイジングステーキまで、その味の違いをはっきりと感じることができます。

Brandos is the best Italian restaurant in Monmouth county. The food is 10/10 every time. Service is fantastic, our regular waiter Brian is the best! Must go on Sunday for the Sunday sauce. Must get the pistachio ice cream cake for dessert. The meatball app is also amazing.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 Valentine’s Day dinners and every single time the service is outstanding. I feel better every time I come here I drive an hour to eat here.

Fun beautiful restaurant in Asbury Park. My friend had the Caesar salad which looked very good. I didn’t have an appetizer but many good options to choose from I had the seafood fradiablo which was excellent and very flavorful. The zeppolies for dessert was the winner, fantastic. I would go back to Brando’s an enjoyable dining experience.

The stuffed veal dish was outrageously delicious! Unfortunately my leftovers got tossed and were never delivered to our table. I received a gift check to come back for 1/2 the price.. which is fine. I left disappointed not able to indulge in a delicious lunch today!

Excellent food and beautiful restaurant but did not love our dining experience. Felt very rushed. Had 2 hour time limit on table. They do tell you this before your meal starts but not a fun experience if you’re with a group of people. Entire order needs to go in at one time. Veal Chop excellent Meatball meal as appetizer awesome
