Please join us for a Saturday afternoon at Buddakan NYC, where Executive Chef Zachary Taylor and Chef de Cuisine Tommy Sao will teach you how to make the restaurant’s signature dim sum using traditional Asian ingredients, techniques, and utensils. Each guest will be served their own dim sum creations, alongside a selection of house specialties, including: Pea Shoot Salad, Broken Chili Chicken, Sweet & Crispy Jumbo Shrimp and a variety of rice and Vegetable Stir-Fry; served with an assortment of alcoholic and NA beverages.
