   Croquetas were raw in the middle. This happens when you fry frozen croquetas. You need to let the croquetas get to room temperature before frying. This is simple, take the croquetas out of the freezer 1 hour before opening. First time diner, I did not pick the menu items that were good. It would be useful if you showed a picture of the menu items so that I know what I'm getting. The Espresso Martini, which you charged me $21, did not contain sufficient alcohol for the price. Should I go again, I will definitely not order any alcoholic beverage. The table I was seated at for two, was very small, our drinks and plates did not fit, too crowded. The music was not Española, but rap, reggaetón and not appropriate for dining. The food was not brought to the table in a timely manner. Had to wait between servings. Some foods were good. Portions were adequate. Server Nico was nice.

   Bulla is always great value with a great tapas menu and excellent service. We took advantage of happy hour's half priced wine on Saturday and had an enjoyable meal. Nico, our server was attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was varied and tasty from the Lomo Iberica, through the octopus salad to the gambas al ajillo. This is a great spot if you want varied tapas and a good bottle of wine

   We thought Bulla Gastrobar was spectacular. The atmosphere is excellent—cozy and friendly, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good time. The Spanish food was delicious, with authentic and well-prepared flavors. The service was impeccable—attentive and kind throughout. We loved the experience and will definitely be back.
