   For the effort it took to get a reservation, I was not overly impressed. Could not book a reservation between 5:30-8 for months, after calling several times and not being able to get through to a person. With that said, it was a burger and fries. Beautiful restaurant, service was good, however the place was empty. Milkshakes looked amazing, did not try one. I would go back for a casual easy dinner and only if we can actually get a reservation at a decent time.

   This was our second time there. The first time, it was less crowded. Service was prompt, food was hot, burgers were juicy, all-in a great experience. This time however, the restaurant was significantly more crowded. Our reservation was at six, and we were promptly seated. However, it was not until 7:15 that we received our appetizers, and during that time our water was refilled infrequently and our waitress did not return to check on us for additional drinks. We had pretzels and wings, which were very good and recommended. We waited an additional 45 minutes after that to receive our burgers. For at least mine, while tasty, it was clear it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile, and our split of tater tots was incorrect. The latter was corrected. I'm certainly a fan of this restaurant and would come back, but overall the service and food quality was spotty. Price-wise, it wasn't too bad, remembering that it is in the Montage so a markup is expected.

   Delicious food and drinks in a beautiful, but casual atmosphere! Service was spectacular as well!

   We very much disliked the hamburgers and the service was slow and inconsistent. The whiskey was awesome though!

   The food was ok, but the service left something to be desired. Food very slow to come out. Brought child’s milkshake out before the meal, which was not at all helpful. Nice decor though

   Great burgers, shakes, and fries. Perfect dinner spot when staying at The Montage. The server was sweet but very slow to get our food.
