   Albert was a fantastic server. Informed us of all specials and gave recommendations. I believe the bus was Thio. He made sure everything was clean and glasses always filled. Food is excellent.

   Fabulous dining experience with outstanding service! There were 8 of us and our host, Forest was very accommodating, courteous and fun. The food was so excellent, we all had a great time! Definitely recommend dining there no matter what the occasion is, you will not be disappointed!

   Everything great but waaaaay too noisy for a $500 meal. I will be back have been coming for years but the noise needs to be fixed.

   Saturday was my third time eating at Charlie Palmer‘s steakhouse it was a really great experience again we sat at the bar Aron in the general manager, introduced herself and told me she really appreciated the review that I posted the day before I know reviews are always good for a business and I really appreciate the service and the hospitality I get when I stay at grand Sierra resort thanks again Aron for stopping by and saying hello and will definitely see you next time John G

   Got here, Thursday, March 21. I’ve eaten at Charlie Palmer‘s every night and I’m eating there tonight Saturday before the Tesla concert. Looking forward to it or I’m in Reno Charlie Palmer is my go to.

   Every year for our anniversary we go eat at a new steak house. And by far Charlie Palmer Steak is the best place to be. Food was perfectly made and our host/waiter had a great and welcoming attitude. Would definitely come back.

    Service was amazing and very attentive, this could be because it was a Tuesday night and it wasn't very busy, but kudos to the team in making our group feel welcomed. Most dishes were well liked.
