    お店の雰囲気はとても良かったです。満席でしたので、予約はなさる方が良いでしょう。 サラダバーも豊富な食材で、どれも美味しかったです。 お腹の種類も豊富で、特にサーロインとフィレ肉はもちろんですが、私はフランクステーキが柔らかくとても美味しかったので、おススメです！ パイナップルもシナモンが効いていて美味しかった！ サーブされるモチモチのブラジルのパンもすごく美味しいので、是非食べてください！！ サービスも良く、欲しいお肉が来ない時はお願いすると直ぐにサーブされましたよ！その割に値段は安いです！ オススメのお店です。

    The food was fantastic, but unfortunately our service was lacking. Although three of us were seasoned veterans of Chima, two weren't and the servers didn't explain to them how to enjoy their experience. We were never told about our menu options: full rodizio menu, limited rodizio menu, or salad bar only. One of our guests had researched her options in advance so fortunately the full menu wasn't wasted on her. We waited quite a while for drinks (understandable, the bartender was busy). But a "dry, up martini" turned into vodka on the rocks; a bottle of chardonnay came out with champagne flutes; and a dirty martini came out without garnishment. Honestly, the one server tasked with fulfilling our drink orders seemed very inexperienced. Using digital tablets for the cocktail menu is an awful idea! One tablet for a table of six? It took forever for each of us to look over the drink menu and decide. And then it disappears so if you wanted something different for a second round, you had to go searching for a tablet. Unfortunately this experience will likely keep us from returning any time soon. When a restaurant boasts about providing "excellent service" and charges premium prices accordingly, it is really disappointing when it falls short.

    Chima’s in Fort Lauderdale is a great spot if you’re a fan of diverse cuts of meat. While the seafood selection is a bit limited, the generous portions ensure you’ll leave fully satisfied. It’s definitely worth a visit for a hearty and flavorful meal. Our waiter, Víctor, took exceptional care of our group of 8 during a team outing. Despite being new, his attentiveness and professionalism stood out, making the entire dining experience even better. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening, which added a special touch to our meal. Chima’s is a solid choice for a memorable dinner in Fort Lauderdale!

    The service was fantastic as the server and staff were very attentive. There was a large amount and variety of food, and almost all of it was delicious. The chicken I received was a bit dry though. Also there was a very large party of about 20 people, who were extremely loud and annoying. They were shouting, all laughing at the same time, cheering and screaming. It was far too much noise. I saw a few patrons around them and us look at them with negative expressions.

    I bring my clients here. The young ladies upfront that check you in were very friendly and kind. The service was good. Food was good. Always a pleasant time here. It is the best Brazilian steakhouse in South Florida.

    Phillipe and Jake were stellar in taking care of us. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to make it special. Chima is our favorite restaurant and it’s people like that that have kept us coming back for decades.
