    My wife & I visited Naples last year & had one of the best steak dinners ever. Our waitress, Kiera, was very friendly & so knowledgeable about the menu & made excellent suggestions. We couldn’t wait to come back. We went last night & as luck would have it, we had Kiera again. Once again she was great, and very helpful & friendly. Our dinner was excellent. Chops is only the 2nd steakhouse where my wife can get a well done filet mignon that doesn’t have to be butterflied & isn’t all dried out. Can’t wait for our next trip in 2026.

    Everything about our visit to Chops was so very nice. Our wait staff in particular added to our A+ experience. Our food is always superior at Chops. We just love 5th Ave

    This is top notch establishment where you can enjoy exceptional food and service in causal attire or a jacket and tie. Two bars both offering food service and incredible choice of beverages. Or enjoy a booth for a romantic dinner for two. Steaks seafood salads burger, I dare to find a dish not satisfying to your taste. Enjoy a dinner like no other!!

    We have been on a steak eating Frenzy from South Carolina to Naples this past few weeks and your steaks were by far the best we have had along the way!! We will be back!!!

    This is one of my favourite restaurants, not just in Naples but in the World. It’s not the cheapest place to eat but is worth every Dollar. The place is always busy, even mid week and the atmosphere is nice. It’s very upscale and the recently they have decorated the restaurant. The service is great and the servers are really attentive and helpful. The menu choice is extensive and they have a good selection. I always opt for the steak, which seems boring but they are the best. They are prepared perfectly and the way the char the outside and cook the middle perfectly gives it the amazing flavours. My wife had the Grouper for her main and said it was nice. The starters were great too, I had the Clam Chouder and it was one of the best I have tried. The only negative I can say is that my wife had the Beets for starter and it was a bit hard and not as good as previously. On the second visit she had Cesar Salad and it was fresh and well presented. As with many restaurants in the US now it’s more likely expensive that ever and this is not a cheap evening out but you get what you pay for and it’s nice to have a good treat while on holiday.

    Very disappointed, booked a inside standard table , arrived at 7:15 special occasion was told table would be ready in 20 minutes , which was fine . After 35 minutes I was told we could have a table outside, I asked to wait for a table inside they said there was no guarantee on how long we would wait. So we took the outside table, what a mistake , a short time after we ordered they sat 6 men next us , they were loud and the conversation was not proper for dinner, which made our experience very uncomfortable. To make matters worse they were joined by four more men , Even after complaining to the restaurant staff , the staff brought more chairs to their table, and more drinks,we had to pack our food and cut our dinner short, Not a good evening to say the least. Because of our experience the restaurant took our two dinners drinks off the bill . My wife, my family are good customers we frequent the restaurant often , I was very surprised they would expose people to this behavior .
