    This was our second time returning to Christy Hill and it NEVER disappoints. We were celebrating two birthdays and the staff graciously comped desserts for us and even bread service! Our server was very knowledgeable about the wine menu and offered great recommendations. And the vibes of the restaurant offer a perfect balance of intimate and celebratory. As for the food, every bite was truly divine. I had the lamb as my main and I am not exaggerating that it's the best lamb I've ever had. As a table we shared the ravioli and brussels sprouts and both were happily devoured. I really don't think you can go wrong with the Christy Hill menu and there's no doubt that the team there will make you feel cared for and celebrated!

    Consistently excellent- service and food. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairings and both were outstanding. Perfect for a special occasion or a memorable dinner with family and friends.

    Excellent dining options and all well prepared. Our server, Janice, could not have been more helpful and definitely steered us in the right directions. Just a delightful evening in a lovely setting.

    The tasting menu was superb, especially the scallops and ravioli! We had the wine pairing with it and really enjoyed the wines chosen for each dish. Christy Hill continues to impress us each time we dine with them. We will be back!

    Once again Christy Hill was outstanding. The food was inventive and absolutely delicious! I had the octopus appetizer which was flavorful and nicely plated. The parsnip puree soup was great for a wet cold night. The duck breast with mole sauce was wonderful as was the lamb with stuffed peppers. We also enjoyed our favorite orange wine. We highly recommend Christy Hill!

    An exceptional meal in a lovely setting. The four of us dined liked kings at Christy Hill. We started with four delicious appetizers and liked the tuna crudo and brussel sprouts best. Highlights of our main dishes were the black cod and the lamb. Loved that the food was served on warm plates. And we finished with the chocolate croissant bread Pudding. Delicious! Service was impeccable.

    Such a special evening - like most others spent here. The food and ambiance were incredible. The kitchen sent out a small off-menu arancini appetizer that was to die for. The octopus was so tasty, the ravioli and risotto were both mouth-watering! We love ordering a few things and just sharing because we want to try as much as we can! The staff was so welcoming, like seeing old friends. It feels like home every time we come here, which isn’t as frequent as we’d prefer, but we try to make it as often as we can. We also happened to get engaged at Christy Hill the evening of this particular reservation, so the details are a bit fuzzy, but I remember feeling like I was in a dream! The staff and patrons made our evening so special. We cannot wait to come back (soon!)

    Very cozy restaurant with excellent food. My favorite restaurant in Tahoe City. Everything is delicious at this restaurant and staff are very friendly. Our party of 4 ordered 5 appetizers and 4 different entrees and we wiped out plates clean. Everyone was super happy with their food.
