110年以上に続く家族経営のレストランColumbiaは、旧世界の魅力と受賞歴のあるスペイン/キューバ料理で高い評価を得ています。カジュアルな服装で結構ですが、男性のノースリーブシャツはお断りしています。バレンシア風パエリア、フィレ・ミニョン・コロンビアのほか、新鮮なシーフード料理などの長い歴史のある家庭料理のレシピをお楽しみください。 Columbiaオリジナルの「1905」サラダ®もおすすめです。おいしい作りたてのドレッシング（ニンニク、オレガノ、ワインビネガー、スペイン産のエキストラバージンオリーブオイルを用いた100年続く家庭料理のレシピ）をテーブルサイドに用意しています。モンティチェッロまたはカミーロなどの高級スペインワインの試飲もできます。中庭、またはスペイン風の噴水がある何百もの手描きタイルが敷き詰められた地中海スタイルのダイニングルームでくつろげます。 1905年に設立されたタンパのイボール市にあるColumbiaの系列店です。お子様メニューも用意しています。祝日を含めて毎日営業しています。

My husband and I had dinner at Columbia on Sunday evening. The place was a zoo. We checked in 10 minutes before our reservation time and were seated 30 minutes later. The wait was disappointing and had not happened in previous visits. Once seated, Oscar took good care of us with efficient and friendly service. The Tinto Sangria and 1905 salad were delicious as usual, as was the hot bread. Our entrees, ropa viejo and boliche criolla were very good but arrived before we were finished with our salad. Overall, we were pleased with our meal and will return.

Always a great experience when we dine here. Our friends joined us for their first visit to the restaurant & they loved it. Tracey our server was excellent! Thanks & we will definitely be back!!

Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine is a gem. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, with a beautiful, historic setting. The food is incredible—don’t miss their signature Garbanzo soup. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff making sure everything is perfect. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and savor every bite. Highly recommend for anyone visiting St. Augustine!

A beautiful place inside, however the food quality does not match the price. Very mediocre. It is obvious that food quality is not as important as the check. Our server was very nice but we could hear another server one table over complaining loudly to an employee about having to take on another table. Very unprofessional. We would not go back. Very disappointed.
