              We went there for the superbowl—what a blast! I’m glad we had a reservation. They sat us almost immediately, and then served us quickly, even with the crowds. They were on it! Fish and chips is a winner, and Caesar salad with these huge shrimp was great. We were so glad we visited!

              A great NYC spot! Great food and drinks- service was spot on and friendly! Repeats customers- this time for a quick dinner after a show.

              We needed a quick easy dinner between shows and this place was great. We were seated promptly. We had a friendly but not overly chatty server. I had a burger and a Guinness, my daughter had a wrap and a lemonade. Food was good and at very reasonable prices given the prime location of the pub. Definitely recommend.

              Excellent service-attentive, friendly and delicious food. Feels like local pub not a tourist attraction. Moderately priced. Comfortable surroundings,clean, well stocked rest rooms.

              We, along with other groups made reservations prior to going to a show. Arrived on time only to find out that they had booked a large event and there were no tables. They tried to fit us in but after 15 minutes there was no sign of a table being ready so we left and went into Merrion Row next door. The staff were very polite, and trying their best but the system has to be fixed. We’d never take a chance on going there again before a show. It’s a pity because we’ve eaten there before and liked it.

              We had a large party of Manhattan locals who wanted to have dinner and be able to hear one another. Connolly’s was perfect. We had a great time. Service and food were great. We’ll see you again!

              Value for money. Lovely friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Heading back for dinner later in the trip
