カナダ初の都市型ロディツィオです。 Copacabanaでは、まず「Galleria」で焼きたてのパン、オープンコンセプトのベーカリーで作るつけダレ、大きな丸型チーズのカット、選りすぐりのハム・ソーセージの見事なスライスからお好きなものを選びます。シャキッとしたサラダ、色とりどりの前菜の数々を楽しんだら、次はメインです。店のガウチョまたはカーヴァー（切り分け担当スタッフ）が、サーティファイド・アンガス・ビーフ（CAB）を給仕します。お好みの焼き加減を伝えるだけでおいしいグリルを楽しめます。

Was disappointed with the meal last night. We were celebrating my daughter’s 22nd bday. The service on appetizers was good. When it came to the meats no one came around. After being asked what selections of meat we would like to have. No one came around with them. My wife had a chicken drumstick and that was it for meats. Even came it came to the pineapple and we asked for it. No one came around with it. Why ask or request something and no one follow threw. Dissatisfied and I know I will never go back. Have to say for what we spent and left hungry was enough said.

Overall, my experience was positive, but I’d like to share my impressions: What I liked: The food was of excellent quality. There was a wide variety of options to choose from. The cocktails were absolutely fantastic. What I didn’t like: When we arrived, there was a very strong and specific perfume-like smell in the lobby, which lingered throughout our stay. The absence of a cloakroom made it uncomfortable, especially during the winter. The waitresses didn’t replace plates between dishes, leaving food remnants, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy fresh dishes. To sum up, it’s a good place, especially for meat lovers, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.

The music was to loud! We could not hear each other. We asked the waters to turn it down, but it was live music. We really couldn’t talk properly 😰

The music was excruciatingly loud…unnecessarily loud. The food was incredible and the head chef take great pride in his work. When they cut the meat at your table, expect food to fly all over the table and into your drink lol

I think our expectations were too high when we arrived. We expected alot more meat, but we probably got about $5.00 worth of meat. They expect you to fill up on the sides you order. For the rodizio they cut the meat and everything else paper thin. You can barely taste it. They need to have more people walking around with these meats, pineapple, etc. We waited 1/2 hour for pineapple and we asked 3 people for it. The table beside us said they waited over an hour for the picanha. They would be cutting peices of meat and pineapple at the table beside us and when we tried to get their attention they just walked away instead of just turning around and serving us. They give you 2 hours but they don't bring everything around during the 2 hours. When we were leaving we saw shrimp and corn muffins and a couple of other things that were not served during the 2 hours we were there. We are not complaining about the taste, it was very good, but we definitely did not get the meat we wanted, or how much we wanted. We asked them to cut a bigger chunk and they said they were not allowed to, so we have to settle for a paper thin 2 inch piece of each meat we wanted. Maybe the owner should go to Brazil and visit the Rodizios there. To be fair we were in Brazil for 2 months and had a few different rodozios and there were people constantly bringing meat and we didn't have to use small tweezers to get our little piece of meat. The cut a huge chunk right onto your plate. Like I mentioned our expections were probably too high. We felt it definitley not worth the money we spent, for the amount of meat we received. We tried it once and we are glad we did, but we will never go back again.

So upon arrival are table wasn't ready (which was not a problem given the fact it's all u can eat) when we finally got seated it took about 20 mins before food started to come out. We ordered 2 bottles of wine aswell. The food was greate except only 2 meat cuts were coming to the table. We were there for 2 hours and only had top sirloin come to are table 2 times. The 2nd time was because we had to ask the chef himself. Me and my partner don't eat alot of parmesian steak which seemed to always come to are table. After finally starting to get full from the cuts we actually lile.. we were constantly being approached by are waitress and felt as if we are being rushed. She rushed us with dessert. AFTER receiving the dessert she came up no more then 5 mims after with are bills. 2 minutes after that (WHILE WE STILL HAD WINE in are glasses) she asked us to leave because we are over are "time limit". We felt heavily ignored. They were very attentive to the larger tables. No waitress came around to refill are drinks. I do not feel it's worth what we had to pay which was over 550. With an 18% gratitude tip. With the prices cabanas service should be top notch. I understand there is a time limit but if they is extra money being spent it should be accommodated for.

I highly recommend finding another restaurant if you’re planning to dine with a group of 5 or more. Our experience here was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Despite having reservations for 8:00 PM, we weren’t seated until 8:40 PM. When I asked the front desk staff about the delay, their only response was, “We’re working on it,” with no further explanation or urgency. Once we were finally seated, it took over 40 minutes for the servers to start bringing out our food. The service overall was extremely poor, and it was clear the staff was not equipped to handle the volume of customers or properly prioritize reservations. I strongly urge the franchise owner to review the management and staff at this location, as they are not up to the standard expected for a dining experience. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable establishment.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. We came early as we were meeting some people and they did not mind. Rosa the waitress was exceptional going above and beyond with her personality and service. The manager or owner was delightful and checked in to ensure everything was great. Our meet servers were so friendly and top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I would have rated our overall experience higher but it was my birthday and the server totally forgot about us near the end nor did she ask anything. And one of the services (the asian) guy kept skipping our table he was really rude and showing us attitude for no reason. There was once guy that was very sweet that was serving the meat he made up for the other servers, there was a point we were waiting at least 20 mins for meat. Its a shame that some staff ruined it. Food was great but definitely not a place to celebrate a birthday, they will not treat you well
