                                          A gem of a restaurant in the desert. Food was exquisite and service was impeccable. Great menu choices for a fixed price Christmas Eve dinner. Abundant heaters for outside dining!

                                          It was a Christmas Eve special dinner with a set menu. All was very tasty and beautiful but my vegetarian entree was disappointing. It was a curry cauliflower. Tasty but it works be nice to have protein in a meal. On their regular menu Copleys has a wonderful seared tofu entree... including something like that would be great! Mine paled by comparison to my partner's meal, a beautiful rack of lamb.

                                          Not a good night a Copley’s. We’ve been there before and the food was very good. Not last night. Food was cold service was not that good.

                                          Great setting outdoors with heaters. Food was very well prepared. Wine was good. Would have given five stars if they had not charged ten dollars for four small pieces of average bread.

                                          This restaurant was good before so I’m hoping we just ordered the wrong thing. Last time we were there the bread was definitely worth paying extra for. Not this time. It could have been bought at Costco. The duck was good but DO NOT order the Chicken Schnitzel. It is just big lumps of breaded white meat with absolutely NO taste. Even with the little bit of sauce.
