The dining experience at Crave near fails to be terrific. The ambience is warm and inviting, the wait staff provides excellent service, the menu is varied and the food is always excellent. (I highly recommend the burgers!)

The restaurant was recently renovated and they did a very nice job. The atmosphere is lovely. However, we were on the porch and it is very loud. It was very difficult to visit.

They add a junk fee of 2.5% for credit card payments. I don't return to places with junk fees, though that might be outlawed with a new Minnesota junk fee elimination law. Thought the food was good but I got an upset stomach after lunch there, which had to be from the Crave food.

This was a lunch with friends for a birthday. Our servers were very much on top of anything we might need. Always refilling our waters, and our food came quickly. They have remodeled this restaurant, and we lived the half circle booths. My chopped salad was delicious, and I would definitely order that again.

1. Asked for a secluded table as we were celebrating our anniversary and they sat us right next to another table. 2. Our waitress came to our table about 3 times total, and we were there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 3. We had to wait 15 - 20 minutes after we received our entrees because there were no utensils. Overall terrible service/experience. The restaurant needs to do a better job of communication.

Overall rough experience. Overlooking the issues with getting seated the service experience wasn’t good. Took a really loooong time for someone to take our drink order, server forgot to bring sauce with app & when asked forgot again. One of the main dishes was supposed to be torched table side. That didn’t happen, when we asked they came out & did a really lame job of it. The dish ended up not even tasting that good. The other dish has bad presentation and was soggy. The desert was dry & had a lazy plating presentation, cherry sauce was splattered in a way that didn’t look professional. Unfortunately this exp was not unique, last couple visits were consistent with varying issues. No one apologized & nor made any effort to acknowledge the issues. Not happy & won’t go back for a while.

Met a college friend for lunch after not seeing each other for years. Food was great, as was the setting. The wine didn’t hurt either!
